I normally love this location and so does my kids, but the waitress named Susan L. is completely unprofessional and highly rude. She doesn’t seem to know how to talk to children at all and has horrible customer service. I have had phenomenal service from every other worker aside from when she’s there. Not sure if I’ll go back to this location
Dennys used to be the go to diner for breakfast on road trips and I have found memories of that from my childhoodI was starving and this is near where I have errands to do today so I stopped and I am glad I did.The restaurant was clean tables were clean and the staff amazing.Food was great. Eggs were cooked correctly and it came to me hot. I wish I could have given a 5 star but the only and I mean only reason was I was not offered a refill on my coffee but I could have asked and would have gotten itGive this place a try. You will be pleased that you did
I went to this location today with my family. The stuff was extremely unprofessional and rude. My step daughter is a diabetic and needs to know how many ounces for her drinks to put in her carbs. We asked the old man that was our serving us and they argued across the room about it. Went to pay he took my receipt threw it away and walled away had to find someome to help pay again. There fore I did not tip for the rude service and he yells they didn't even tip.
Gotta say, nobody really has high expectations of Dennys, but this location has NEVER disappointed us. They meet and exceed at every turn. Fast seating, fast and super friendly wait staff. Food was solid and satisfying. Great job!!
Wife and I always liked Dennys up until now, ordered breakfast, both orders were cold, Also hard to get a second cup of coffee.
This morning this location was incredibly busy. They were short staffed and our server, Jasmine, handled EIGHT tables like a champ! She sat us, got our order and served us well. Jasmine is one of the hardest working servers I’ve ever seen - especially being so understaffed. We thoroughly enjoyed our food and our experience here this morning! Thank you Jasmine for showing up to your job with excellence!!!
We very surprised at the very rude service here. We were offered a table or a booth. We accepted the booth. Yes we were a tight fit but we were completely fine with it which we told them several times. They made us move to another table. It was 7:00 PM when we got there and they closed at 8:00. We were giving adult menus at first which was fine but when my 3 year old was looking at the adult menu because I let him the hostess RIPPED it out of his hands and said that the adult menu he can look at the kids. Unbelievable. When Susan first came over at 7:10 she immediately said are you ready to order because the kitchen closes in 10 minutes. Not having a common menu item such as the Belgian waffle we needed a couple more minutes to look. She then said well I’ll come right back but I’ll have to take your order. When she did come over to take care of ordering she went down the table. My son was ordering and asked for chicken tenders and goldfish. She said they didn’t have goldfish so I was trying to help him look at the other sides when she abruptly asked me what I wanted. While still helping my son, she got very close to me and said sir about 5 times until I was able to tell her the side for him. This was followed by extremely loud and uncalled for bussing of the table right next to us. I mean throwing dishes in the bin. As well as yanking the blinds up at window of our table that were very loud and probably dusty while we were eating. The food quality was very poor for Denny’s As you can see by the hashbrowns.
Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had inside a restaurant. Service was terrible, took us 25 mins to even order, and then an additional 30 to get our food. Waitress kept giving me water but never took my empty glasses. Food was over cooked and there was hair in my food, as well as she touched our pancakes with her bare hands while touching other food. Will never be here again. We waited 15 mins just to get our check, after the waitress took our dishes!
My wide and kids come here alot but why is it that there's only 2 people working. A waiter and a hostess. There taking orders and cooking the food. This place should honestly not be open with only 2 people. That's unfair to the people working and eating there. Things need to be done about it. Good thing I'm patient.
Breakfast always hot and eggs exactly as ordered. Iced tea fresh and coffee is GREAT
