Great fresh salads and the apps are great also. Onion Petals are my favorite along with the southwest salad.

I was absolutely so blown away with the customer service then had the food and it was 10x better than I expected would absolutely recommend to a friend the vibe and environment was so pleasant WILL ABSOLUTELY BE BACK !!!!!!!!!!!
I have had many good experiences ordering from Crisp but lately the service and food has been unpleasant. A Few months ago I placed an order online and you receive reward points to use as credit toward future orders. When I placed the order it gave me a lesser total but charged my credit card the full price without the discount. I had emailed the restaurant multiple times in regards to the issue and never received a response. I stopped ordering from the restaurant until today I gave it another try. I ordered a chicken caesar salad and the man at the register was not pleasant. Also the chicken that came on the salad seemed very old and dry. I will not be ordering from this establishment anymore.

Great concept but don't go on a holiday when they're closing early. If you walk in at 2:30pm when they're closing at 3pm you'll be met with a dining room with all the lights off. Ordered a grilled chicken caesar salad and confirmed it would have hot chicken; it didn't. It was luke warm leather that had been barely microwaved after having been cooked earlier in the day and it was inedible. Won't try it again.
Crisp makes great to order salads. I love creating a salad that I like with all the yummy options you can add to your salad.That also have wings and they are TO-DIE-FOR!
I took my daughter there last week for a quick easy dinner! The staff were not knowledgeable about the menu as I was misinformed about an appetizer! I ordered a wrap which fell apart in my hands needed a fork to eat it! I will not go back and advise everyone to find another spot!
I ordered 2 salads to go and “kettle chips” as they advertised online. I added egg and avocado to one salad (got fully charged) and when I got home it was missing both….wasn’t worth the trip to go all the way back, but you think getting charged at their price they make sure everything would be included. The other salad was suppose to have peppercorn dressing and instead had some Dijon mustard vinaigrette - definitely not what I ordered. Lastly the “kettle chips” are just normal potato chips you can find at Walmart… don’t waste your money here.
First and only time ordering here. I ordered what I thought was a veggie side and there was bacon hidden in it. I don’t eat pork at all. Owner was there, I asked him if it was listed anywhere on the menu that there was bacon mixed into this and he said no it’s not listed, and very unapologetically brushed me off. His response about it was ? There are alot of Muslim and Jewish living around the Albany area, alot of vegetarians by choice too, hopefully the little bald man I talked to takes my suggestion and figures his menu out to properly reflect the food and not alienate such a large demographic
