always hits the spot. love the sofritas!!! love that you can get it in any form, same as the meat options.my only complaint is that the chips are so hit or miss, sometimes salty and lime flavored and perfect. sometimes cardboard.

As i walk into the restaurant everyone is everywhere. The lobby looks a hot mess. The counters were disgusting ? . The bathrooms were also a mess. There’s about 10 workers here. Something’s needs to be done. Did i also mention how there’s employees flirting right in front of the customers. So unprofessional if you ask me. People dancing while making my order . I’m seriously never coming here again.

Even with the gas prices these days, I’d choose to drive further to go to any chipotle. The worst chipotle I’ve ever been to by far, and consistently bad. Definitely the worst one in the 518. Wrong items in orders, bizarrely small portions, food always seems bland. Do yourself a favor and go to literally any other chipotle, you’ll have a much better experience

Awful. My husband and I live close by, which is why we keep trying it, only to be disappointed yet again. Tonight we got pickup and instead of just eating the order which was made completely wrong, I went back. I was met with attitude from one of the workers, who didn't so much as offer me a refund and challenging me that the order wasn't wrong. When I told her what my order said vs what I got she finally remade it in a super rude manner. My order was wrong with ingredients I didn't ask for, and completely cold when we got it. This has happened to us every time we order here. I love chipotle so I keep giving it a shot, but not worth it. Don't come here, worst chipotle in the 518.

Usually don’t have an issue with this location but the last two times have me wanting to drive further for better food.Last time I was here, it was 45 minute wait for a mobile pick up order. You’d think at that point with no other customers but mobile orders waiting that the “in-store” station woulda helped out but nope.This time, my mobile order was completely wrong. Put beans and fajita veggies on it. Maybe if the girls working the mobile order station were more worried about doing their job instead of getting a customer’s phone number, I wouldn’t have had to come back and get my order re-made. Ridiculous.

We order from the Chipotle in Latham pretty frequently. Our lunch break is half an hour. Yesterday two of us got salads that I picked up. When I got back to the office, we had no dressing AGAIN! Yes, this has happened before. With only half an hour, we don’t have time to go back, nor did we want to, and we shouldn’t have to.I called and talked to a customer service person who didn’t seem to care and she said that they would send me something by email. They sent me 250 bonus points. 250 bonus points for more than $20 worth of ruined food! 250 points doesn’t even get you a soda or a bag of chips!!They won’t be getting my business again.

In spite of ordering veggie bowl, I was served meat and this has happened multiple times. Lately we have order from this branch we have to go without dinner. Really expected better service from chipotle as it is such a popular food-chain. I would leave zero stars if I could.

Friendly, fresh, clean, noisy and busy! Just what you would expect from any chip!

I loved they had very healthy foods and many options. It's very clean and friendly there. I'm not a picky eater but I wasnt a fan of some of there foods. I'm sure you guys will love it
