Great service in the bar area. Great tasting food delivered at a decent pace. Enjoyable experience.
Great food and atmosphere
I have been a big fan of Carrabba's for years but I hadn't been there since the pandemic. I was pleasantly surprised to see that prices had not risen very much at all and the portions were as large as always. Lots of seafood in the shrimp and scallops a la vodka. Huge salad and lots of delicious bread. I had enough pasta to take home for a second tasty meal.
I ordered the lasagna family special and the cannoli cake for 2. Everything was just superb. The Cesar salad was super fresh with delicious dressing. The lasagna was scrumptious, and enough for two dinners for three people each! The cannoli cake was light and delicious as well. I ordered takeout, and everything was so well packed that it was hot and good when I got it home. Everything was way above expectations.Highly recommended!
We were extremely disappointed with this revised/revamped restaurant. The atmosphere totally changed into a cold and commercial vibe. We arrived around noontime and were given dinner menu's.Waitress seemed surprised when we asked if they have a lunch menu.We were given a pink one-sided, dirty piece of paper with poor choices. We considered just leaving but honestly a little too hungry to go.We ordered several appetizers with drinks and soup. Dissapointly the food was fair and looked like something you would get in a food court.Service was slow and inexperienced. We had to send back the unateable shrimp scampi due to extreme overseasoning, poor quality and over cooking.I was saddened to see our beloved carrabas turn into a food court atmosphere and quality.Money poorly spent and regretted.Never to return or provide favorable reviews and comments. Spending over $50 for a lunch that was sub par!Bring back the previous owners and learn how to do it right.
Had a bad experience on 3/22/22 was contacted by a rep shortly after. He said a manager would contact us. She did after we posted our dissatisfaction online. She left a message on our answering machine, I returned her call as soon as we got home. She was not in, left my name…I have called many times since, she is never working. This is a regular local restaurant that we have always had a decent experience with, that’s the only reason I ever commented. I will say the server that we had was the only positive part of our experience that night…he couldn’t fix the rest of it.
Went in tonight at about 8:15PM although closing time was at 9PM to dine. I called before going and was told that there would be a slight wait but that it was okay to go. When I got there with my family we didn't even go through the door and I could hear one of the young ladies say "oh, come on!" Rude much? I proceed in and there was another young lady there that says "There's a wait so I will say no to you staying". There were at least 7 empty tables so not certain why there would have been a wait in the first place. Please hire better staff and not lazy kids that don't want to work. We came to Cheesecake Factory instead. Better food anyway and the culture here is so different.
Went for an early dinner. Michael was great easy to talk with about our order and any special needs. Friends food came out nice mine seemed to have been plated first because my fettecinni alfredo was warm not hot. Still a good meal.
The best thing about this place was the water. Our server was nice but the food was awful. The salad came soaked in dressing. The chicken marsala came costed in pepper, without marsala, and undercooked. Then dessert was frozen! Actual ice chunks. Oh, and I didn't the someone could ruin broccoli but this place cooked the broccoli with pepperoncini oil.
Megan was great in being sensitive to allergies and making sure that our door dash delivery to The Century Hose arrived safe. Special pasta dish and all of the other meal were tasty. Thanks.
