Burgers are always good and the serving sizes are great just wish they did more meal deals at a decent price. By the time you buy a burger, fries and a drink you spend close to $15 to $20 per person

Best burger and fries I've ever had! Excellent customer service! Never heard of this place before being from the south. Best food place I've been to in NY as of this post. And I do this often. Great price for Excellent food!
I like that they wrap your burger in lettuce. I need this to avoid gluten. I had the wagu and brisket burger. I prefer the regular burger. I would not get the truffle fries again. I will go back and get the Bacon Cheese Burger.
Excellent onion rings and an amazing Red Velvet Cake shake. I decide on The CEO with the candied tomato-bacon jam, or The SWAG's candied ghost pepper bacon, so you might imagine my excitement when the cashier taking my order was willing/able(magic) to combine the sweet-savory-spicy-goodness of my burger-FOMO crises with no regrets. I could continue, but I'm suddenly acutely aware of how hungry I am...No-Stars(Facetiously); Be warned, they'll annoy your dreams! I'm hopelessly addicted, and you could be next!
Food was delicious. Price was kind of high but once in a while isn't bad. Place was clean. Good parking. Kind of reminds me of Five guys but a less greasy version
Super friendly staff. Very helpful as I was new and had never been. The burger was good and the onion rings were massive. The truffle aioli was pretty yummy, too.
Just was in the store and was treated disrespectful and don’t understand how the two employees could be So rude to a customer and then smile like it’s cute very unprofessional very the guy in the left then the other guy right there looking at me how am I supposed to trust them with my food
While the portion sizes could have been a little better and the price of the meal could have been a bit less expensive, for example a fountain soda costing over three dollars, I must say the burger itself was very tasty. It was also very juicy.I had their ultimate bacon cheeseburger and there was definitely a generous amount of bacon on the sandwich, so overall aside from the aforementioned considerations it was a pretty good place to have dinner at.
Since my initial review way back when they first opened, as per the usual in local restaurants, the service, food and cleanliness has tremendously deteriorated. I gave a three star instead of two only because I understand the difficulty of finding a workable staff, especially during COVID-19 restrictions.
