Add-ons for burgers - like sauteed mushrooms and avocado - were charged but not added to the burger. The gluten free buns, fries and shakes were good but the burgers were room- temperature and the iceberg lettuce on the burger was wilted and brown.The manager refunded the price of the burger so 3 stars. Probably won't go back soon though, it's not worth the hassle to have to check everything was included in my order.
Hands down the best burgers and shakes I’ve had in awhile! i honestly don’t know why people would rather spend more at the Five Guys next door i personally think it’s to greasy and bland….

Just another overrated burger place. Our fries were hard and old tasting, even if they tasted fresh, they were just super bland anyway. The burgers seemed to have more effort put into toasting the buns than actually making a good burger. I finished my food because I was hungry, but honestly felt mad at myself for not just going to Wizard Burger. If you like blander tasting food, perhaps this place would be a good option for you, however if you desire flavor in your food, go elsewhere. I will say though, they make pretty great milkshakes.
I loved the decor at Burger 21. Loads of fun staged animal portraits and it had a really upbeat feel. You have to order before you are seated so the line went somewhat slowly. The menu is great though as they have a wide variety of healthier options. I went with a lettuce "bun" grilled chicken sandwich, complete with an absolutely insanely delicious sun dried tomato aioli. So good! My dining partner got a salmon cobb salad which was packed with veggies. Tons of tomatoes. We also shared a sweet potato fries as a side which was very tasty. The food came out pretty fast, and the price was great for what we got. I would order ahead in the future as the line really did go very slowly upon arrival but otherwise would return for the food any time.
Burger was good, the store itself was pretty disgusting. Most of the tables were dirty, floor was sticky, garbage everywhere. We were the only people in there, so it was unacceptable. The girl working started cleaning after she noticed that we were uncomfortable.
Don't go at 4:00 p.m. and expect to get a good hamburger. That was not the case. The ambience of the facility is wonderful, beautifully decorated. Everything was just great in that sense. The hamburger that my friend and I ordered was dry, It was like a piece of cardboard. I asked for a medium Burger. It was so well done that it had shrunk to half the size of the hamburger bun. I sincerely believe that it was left over from the lunch crowd.
I just got home from ordering my food to goI order a cheese burger with everything but onions and the burger sauce also got Sweet potato. I got kids tenders and friesI never got my sweet potato fries they gave me regular fries which where stale and cold. My burger was pink In the inside. I been here one time before and it was good today was terrible. It must be because staff was leaving and cleaning they didn’t care to make our food correct. I will never go back to this place again and if I do it wouldn’t be around this time. I didn’t go back because I had somewhere to be and I am so displeased and hungry.Always check your order before you go because this is the stuff that happens
Absolutely love their burgers--my favorite burger place on earth for years now! I get a TexMex and add the cilantro cream from the Cinco and its just friggin heaven to eat. They NAIL the medium cook--slightly pink and perfect amount of grease. The fries are also pretty stellar, both sweet potato and normal, I get the shareable half and half with sides of chipotle mayo and toasted marshmallow (the marshmallow goes so well with the sweet potato, trust me). I don't recommend ordering them through Grubhub, as for whatever reason things have fallen short for me using that. Their app, phone, or in person orders always come out right for me. I've always been impressed with how attentive and thorough their management is, always making sure I'm taken care of when they spot me waiting. In my humble opinion, people seriously need to get over the Covid reviews of establishments that are following CDC guidelines. Burger 21 is following CDC guidelines just fine, there is NO proof that surfaces carry it, and Omicron isn't scary. Get off your paranoid high horse and get back to living your life. If you expect the entire world to dote on your paranoia, cook your own burgers at home.
