Stopped by for an adult beverage on the way home and found that a double vodka and soda was over $20 with tax. The bartender was defensive when I questioned the bill, and understandably so. It’s not her fault her employer is charging an exorbitant amount of money for a single drink. Sadly I will not be enjoying duck wings any time soon. I truly hope they reevaluate their pricing model.
Danny our waitress tonight deserves a raise! She was very friendly, attentive, and did above and beyond! I saw her cleaning the other waitresses tables and floors as well aa her own. The other waitress had an attitude and didn't do much besides bring out food. She could take some lessons from Danny! Thank you Danny for a good first experience. If not for you we would probably not eat there again. You are great!
The decor is amazing inside with the fireplace, flat screens and comfortable seating, food is delicious. The arcade games are a good fit. Need a dart bord tho. Keep up the good work. Open Mondays-sundays, new menu as well. brunch on Sundays are really good
No one can blow this place down. The mozzarella bricks are now the foundation of my life. The Flatbread rose to the occasion the perfecr amount, with a crisp exterior and spice to the pepperoni just enough to open the airways. Next time the beer bong is mine!
Really good Burger, desert was very good too. Excellent service. Has a little bit of a pub feel to it, but with a wide open floor plan. Huge fireplace added to the atmosphere. Lots of video displays scattered around for sports fans.
Nice setting and interior. Me and friends sat at the bar on Saint Patrick’s Day. It was busy but plenty of open seating at the bar. Service was below average- no napkins/silverware provided unless asked, had essentially no knowledge of the menu, barely checked in at all, main entrees came out for one person and then the rest 20-30 mins later, etc. Appetizers were decent but main food entrees were below average, at best. 2 of the 5 people sent their meal back. One paid 13.99 for 1lb of wings, which meant for only 7 wings on his plate ? . Overall, the only good thing was some of the drink specials. This place could be substantially better with investments in 1) customer service training for the team- the small stuff matters, and 2) better standards for food quality/value to the customer. Without that, this place will not survive long term as there’s too many other higher quality options in the area.
I really wanted to like this place. We recently moved to the area and wanted to try it after driving by. We went on a Saturday, which we expected to be busy being that it’s the weekend. We walk in to a line of people waiting at the hostess stand, no hostess to be seen. We assumed everyone ahead of us had their name on the list. Nope. Who knows how long they were waiting before a hostess finally arrived and took peoples name. A few groups left before being seated, so we stayed and waited for a table assuming it wouldn’t be much longer. We finally get sat at a table, put in our beverage and food order right away. We had been at the restaurant for an hour and a half and still had not received our food. Finally we ask if they can box up our food when its ready, as we had been waiting for so long already. There was no sense of urgency from any of the employees that we saw, including the manager. The table next to us was visibly agitated, they had been waiting over an hour for their food. When their food arrived they asked to speak to the manager, and ended up sending back their food and leaving without taking a bite (I should have taken that as a sign) Mind you, there were maybe 10 other tables in the whole restaurant. Not particularly busy considering it was a Saturday night. Just overall very disappointing. We will not be going back.
Sophia was an amazing waitress. Very knowledge of the menu and great recommendations on what to try. Very friendly and personable and knows her s**t.Would totally recommend this restaurant and waitress to anyone looking for a great place to get some food in the latham area. Can't wait to go back in the future
