Placed order on line, was ready when I went to o store, wanted additional item and was handled immediately. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Will order on line again

Horrible!! Pre-ordered, pre-paid catering for Thanksgiving with a 2:30p to 2:45p pick up window. Whatever almost 4 hours. Walk ins were taken over & over & over until they sold out items despite people pre-ordering and paying. None of the pre-orders were prepared at all. Chaos and pandemonium ensued. People were irate, causing a scene, manager was negatively engaging instead of diffusing or creating solutions. Items were left off the order and just a mess. Suggestion, have 1 or 2 people begin going through pre-orders preparing them, bagging and setting alphabetically or by time slot on the tables. There were no eat ins so all of the center tables could've been pushed together to accommodate this suggestion. This way the pre-order line can go smoothly as well as the walk in and items prepaid won't be sold out to each ins. This will create less stress for staff and customers.
I had a buy one meal get one free meal coupon ordered the chicken cordon bleu n meatloaf both were good but didn't taste them as much as I would've liked

Staff is very sloppy making everyones order. They dont even try to make it look appetizing. Multiple wrong orders in drive threw. We need a new location/ second location..
