We have been here many times, mainly because of the bar area ambiance (which we really like) and the convenient location to our home. Rarely, if ever, are we motivated to go here for the food, which is average at best and pretty uninspiring. Add to that the service which is almost always on the slow side. I would also suggest that it's not a very good value as evidenced by a recent experience where we were charged $7.00 for a very basic draft beer and $3.50 for a glass of Root Beer soda. Many, many better options in the area.
We arrived hearing disgruntled customers commiserating. Our appetizer was good. Our drinks finally arrived 40 minutes after ordered after we finished our appetizer. There was cheese on what was supposed to be a dairy free allergy salad delivered by the manager. The manager never came over afterwards like we were told he would. Our entrees were delivered over an hour after ordered and one of them was cold. There were only 10 occupied tables in the whole restaurant inside and out and no customers at the bar. However, there were many staff standing around doing nothing. Lots of excuses offered by the server! We left listening to another table talking and actually laughing about how long they waited and how their food was cold nor tasty and weren’t going to eat most of it. We visited just a few months ago and had an awesome experience.. What happened?!
I love this place! Never had a remotely bad experience and I've been several times. Staff is always great, patio is lovely, the food is always amazing, awesome cocktails & I'm obsessed with the beignets they added to the dessert menu!
Very impressed! They are so careful with food allergies! I had fish tacos & sweet potato fries and didn't have to worry about getting an allergic reaction like I always do. Food was great!
spectacular dining experience. servers are are friendly especially melissa great bartender. absolutely phenomenal food never ordered food that wasnt 100% worth every penny. overall great experience
This is a great place to dine. Went for lunch with some friends. Food and service was wonderful. We all had different meals and everyone absolutely loved the food. This is now on our list for dining out. I want to experience dining in the evening.Highly, highly, highly recommended.
Waiting a while to be able to go there, not to terribly busy but the host said reservation needed but then went to get permission from manager to seat us. Waited 15 minutes had 3 waiters and waitresses go by. No acknowledgement,no drinks Offered even made eye contact and nothing.. menu wasn't really impressive so no big loss.Going down to Philly steakhouse.
Fish was cold and coleslaw was warm. Mashed potatoes were cold as well. Broccoli was awful. Fried pickles were great though!
Awesome experience all around! The food was terrific, the live music was great, we appreciated the allergy friendly menu, and the staff were all friendly and actually seemed happy. But the standout was our server, Carmelo. It is not often you find exemplary service these days in restaurants, so we were absolutely delighted when we had the opportunity to have had Carmelo as our server. We spoke with the manager, Doug, to share our excellent experience. Kudos to you for having such a successful restaurant- we will be back for sure! So…Do yourself a favor and go to this 110 Grill location and ask for Carmelo. You are assured to have a great experience!
Excellent customer service even prior to arrival. Doug on the phone was very welcoming and ensured a specific request was accommodated. Our server Kylie was friendly and made the dining experience better. The food was fresh and delicious.
