Two starts for Steve specifically, he was Very happy and nice. Although the girl taking orders on the drive thru at 12:30pm was an absolute fool unfortunately , she didn’t listen whatsoever it seemed, had to repeat my order multiple, multiple times, yet it still shows up incorrect on the screen. forgot parts of our order + it being wrong. forgot one of our drinks as well. Maybe try steve on the drive thru mic instead of her, you’ll do much better , happier customers.
Horrible night service ....the manager will have you wait in the long line twice if the food isn't ready.all together a hour wait Night service it's nasty attitude . My husband and I work for Uber I thought it was unprofessional the manager kept calling him sweetie. It actually annoyed us . If u work for Uber deny the call because at night the work too slow you'll spend more in gas then what you would make on the trip
So whenever I pull into a Taco Bell I expect bad service and cheap food but tonight I had a 45 minute drive so I got a few items and something to drink and I was blown away at the patients the girl had it the speaker and then the same girl was at the window she was so polite she had a mask on but I guarantee you she was smiling under the mask and she was doing a great job it's just something I'm not used to it Taco Bell so I asked her her name so that I could include it in this review, thank you Malaysia for your hospitality and exceeding the expectations of a hungry person.

I drive to the ellenville tacobell if I want my correct order and actual soda.i have tried them multiple times you know things change people leave ect but nope still horrible thought I'd give everyone a warning.they don't care about allergies or giving out cold food .most recent complaint-tried to hand out soda that needed the syrup changed when your Pepsi is almost orange and they don't care let them know they changed it had another worker in the window and did not bleed the line and still were giving out orangey fizz I feel bad for the other people who did not go back.i have been all over the US the best tacobell is actually in sanford Florida second best Bainbridge ga they go the extra mile.
This taco bell is the best!! They give you 1.5x times the quantity than a regular taco bell and food is as always delicious
My last visit was really pleasant, enough to be genuinely noteworthy. I was using the drive thru and the staff was very kind. The type of kind where it actually stands out and you remember it days later. Then, after we got our food we requested some sauce packets and they really hooked us up. It can be a little frustrating when you order a fair amount of food and they give you like 4 packets but not the staff we had the other night! I really hope to have an equally enjoyable experience like this one again
I worke 35/7 and wen i arrivd at tako ball i got a tako with creamy cheese and not so goog duk nek. Nex time i hope to c better goos liver. Also my water was not so goog. Sory fory my inkomvemeince. Make sure my aligotor fritters are goog nex time ? ??️??-the rok bottomles out
Waited 15 mins in line and they gave me my taco with only lettuce and cheese. Had to wait in line for another 15 minutes for the correct taco. Short story long. Due to the 30 min wait we ended up hitting an ice storm couldn't drive and had to walk 2 miles home. Thanks taco bell.
Very polite, extremely jolly. I have never been greeted so well at any Taco bell before. I recommend this Taco Bell!Thank you! :)
