We ate there today for lunch; the service was great and so was the food. We had a wonderful waitress named Unique and she seated us within two minutes. I ordered the fish and chips and my friend, the coconut shrimp. Very satisfying. So glad I did not let some bad reviews stop us from eating there.

The RUDEST staff I have encountered. The only reason for the 3 stars is the meal was prepared perfectly. Me and my guests had snow crab legs and they were worth every dollar. My daughter has bad allergies and I paid a lot of money for tissues for her. She left them on the table when we left but realized it immediately. She went back in to retrieve them but was told there was nothing in lost and found(weird because we literally just walked out). I then went in and spoke with Natalia explaining that we just left how could they be gone? I asked if they were thrown away and she nastily rolled her eyes and walked away. I waited another 15 min and when she walked by I asked once again but got told she’s busy ? I then witnessed her go in the back laughing as she dug my tissues out of the garbage. April was given them to hand to me and had no clue what just happened. April was kind and understood as I just paid 160$ for Dinner and was treated very poorly. Thanks April you went above and beyond and your kindness is appreciated. Will drive to another red lobster before ever eating here again!!!!

The manager on this evening is a complete disaster! She’s a Terrible Person!! Untrustworthy!! I went there happy as can be. Ordered Red Lobsters special punch drink, which had no alcohol. I carry a breathalyzer due to past dui. I blew in and it said .01. Literally nothing! The manager comes over and asks if I would like anything else. I ask for a glass of wine. The manager brought it over in a FILTHY GLASS! Why ? Would would you be such a nasty person and do something like that ?!. Did you did something to my drink?.. I ended up letting my friend drink it and I chose to kept my mouth shut about the filthy wine glass. To serve a drink in a dirty glass is disgusting!. I will never go there while she’s working.(short lady, middle age, brown hair, heavy set).I want to add that I was extremely polite the entire time. I gave her Zero Reason to act in such a way.

The service was very friendly.

I paid $75 on dinner and was seated next to teenagers that we were farting and blowing bubbles in beverages. Then a drink was spilled on the floor, when I'm trying, trying to enjoy the Red Lobster experience. Impossible. When we complained to the waitress she said she would take care of it and walked away. Nothing was done. We again complained when paying on our way out. The waitress said that's my son. She gave us 2 pcs of cheese cake and biscuits. We asked to speak to manager and was helped by the same waitress. We never got to speak to a manager. I was am very dissatisfied. For a$75 dinner.

The seafood was excellent as usual. But I ordered a double order of Brussel sprouts they were all burned and not [email protected]

During a recent outing with my family I had the horrific experience of having chosen this particular (kingston) red lobster and I can assure you it was horrific indeed! It seemed at first to be OK, then we were "privy" to being "exposed" to a woman (of sorts) that apparently is one of the managers there by the name of Elizabeth. This woman is simply to be avoided at all costs, especially if you are with family. It is amazing to me that she is employed there in that capacity after what we witnessed. I will spare you the details but nonetheless say this: she has got to be the most arrogant person I have ever encountered in that type of setting. She condescends to everyone around her and treated us like garbage, so much so that we were ready to walk out in the middle of our meal. I will never return to that particular red lobster but maybe another red lobster (in another town of course)can restore my faith. After all we are long term customers and are local to kingston but this so called "service manager" is the worst ever. If you have the misfortune of encountering her at the kingston red lobster, well...don't say I didn't warn you!

The food was salty. Staff was great! Went at 11:30 am so there was only myself and maybe two other tables with people at them. Which is ? good.

I've had better. I don't know what was going on but when we were seated we waited at least 15 minutes before server came over then he got the drink orders wrong my one friend didn't get his drink til our entrees came. Things were so screwed up he said he's not going bck. My other friend said she was going to ask was he having a bad day

Great meal with excellent service. The flounder was crispy and beautifully flaky and was an excellent savory contrast to the pleasantly sweet lobster drink (cant remember the name but it had malibu coconut rum and blackberries).
