Very poor customer service and people skills. I purchased Mac and cheese through the drive-thru figured I'd park and eat, but halfway through the mac I found something in my food (looked like a small strip of duct tape). Even though displeased, I politely went in to show the manager and his response was- that didn't come from my kitchen. Like what?!First off....eww to the attitude and the duct tape i almost swallowed. Second this is mac and cheese from popeyes, not filet mignon. Third, yes sir, whatever this is did indeed come from your establishment and was baked on 425° for 35 minutes.

Kingstons popeyes. Bad customer service from old lady with tattoo on neck. Uses please and thank you in a rude way. I didnt get my sides or dipping sauces. Kids toy is not there or the sides i order. Plus sandwich is lame and soggy. Not a happy customer. Hust go to wendys people.
Food is delicious. The 2 to dine special, allows 5 pieces of chicken, 2 sides and 2 biscuits is sufficient to satisfy my wife & I. The few drawbacks are you cannot call ahead , you must go through the drive thru, you cannot eat in. The trouble with the drive thru is long lines and typically cold food by the time you get home. Definitely not fast food.
The piece of chicken have gotten a lot smaller since my last time visiting Popeyes's a few years ago. I think they're breeding a tiny chicken breed to save money.
I don’t write reviews on google but I couldn’t help myself. If I could give them less than 1 start I would. I sat in the drive through for 40 minutes. I pulled up to the window just for the man to ask me what I ordered again. I was handed my food with the box open and the chicken falling out. Waited a few more minutes for him to open the window and say “oh I forgot your sauce” no…. You forgot my drink. I would shop with my wife for 12 hours at Hobby Lobby before I ever went there again. On top of all that, he didn’t put the lid on all the way to my drink so when I picked it up the lid came off and it spilled everywhere. Less than satisfactory to say the least.
Order was cold and had probably been sitting there for hours. Top it all off they dont keep up their property. We actually got a flat tire from a giant screw in the drive thru lane.
This is the best popeyes I've ever been too.. the food is as good and consistent as anyone who frequents popeyes can hope to expect.
mmmm tasty chicken sandwich. tbh that's all I've had at a popeye's. I fear if I eat other menu items my rating wouldn't be so high.
First time trying Popeyes. Chicken was OK, not a great deal of flavor. Biscuits were dry and hard as hockey pucks. Didn't care for the gravy on the potatoes due to the spicey flavor. I would rate Popeyes at about 6, and KFC at 10. Just my opinion.
