I love this place. Best pizza in the area.

Nasty place, and ladies who work in are not polite.I odered a pizza and when I reach home there is foot prints on the pizza box. I assume that the box felt someone step on it and pick it up and still use it. I understand somebody could unintentionally step on some boxes but why still using it to put customers pizza?Never again I would not recommend anyone to have their pizza there.

Get the eggplant parm pizza, best pizza on the planet! And I'm not an eggplant lover per se, but this is goood! Breaded and fried eggplant squares, dollops of pesto, ricotta, and pizza sauce, and don't forget the sliced tomatoes that get that wonderful finish when they are cooked in the wood-fired oven. The crust is thin and crispy with a smokey flavor from the oven. Perfect! And it's been the same for 20+ years. You guys rock!

Look I can't knock their pizza. Its great. However, If they mess up your order they will talk smack at you in Italian. 2 pizzas, wings and a salad was over $70 plus an 18% gratuity to basically get 1.5 pizzas, 4 wings and a salad. Guy acted like i was hustling him. In the end they stole from me. Ill never go back just due to the horrendous customer service. I've never been treated like that in a restaurant.

Picnic pizza had become my favorite pizza place in Kingston. They have great variety, great prices, and the pizza is incredible. They have the busy, no-fuss feel that you want in a reliable local pizza joint. You can't beat it!

The food might be great but the staff needs help dealing with customers when things go wrong. We ordered a pizza 1/2 plain. 1/2 sausage and when the pie came it was 1/2 pineapple and ham and 1/2 sausage. We called immediately and asked them to send the driver back, figuring we got someone else's pizza. The person who answered told me they were closing in an hour and wouldn't be able to get us the pizza. We were offered a credit but when I explained we were up here for my Mother's funeral and a credit wouldn't work, I then for a refund and that we would leave the pie at the front desk. The girl who answered said she wasn't doing that and then hung up the phone on me. So if you are traveling through the area take my advice and don't get your pizza here. If they mess up your order they don't care about making it right.

Being from the city I've been looking for real pizza since and finally found it!!! The girl answering the phone has a real attitude problem but the guys are nice and delivery is always fast the food always perfect

The best pizza in the hudson valley.Real brick oven taste gives you that crunch and stretchy cheese that is a must on pizza. The sauce is so friggin good Stop in fir pizza and beer.you will not regret it

The best pizza in Kingston. Best when eaten in house. When it goes in a box it takes away from the wood fire finish. I always get the hot wings to go with a pie. So good. Quality has been great for a long time now.

The pizza was just ok. Felt as tho it was just missing something. The cashier, a young girl, wasn't helpful, or even nice to customers. I went to hand her a dish off if the table and she just walked away from the table. When asked if they made a certain menu item she said, i dont know u have to ask them and pointed to the pizza maker. This was an odd experience this time because other times the food was amazing. Not so good this time. Hopefully it was just a bad night for them.
