If I could leave negative stars I would. With a planned gathering of 40+, we called ahead and made reservations weeks in advance. We were promised there would be accommodations for our party consisting of many small family units. Upon arrival we found that there was not the reserved space we had requested. Whatever we can work with it. After everyone had arrived and were settling in, it took over an hour for a drink order to be taken! Longer for the TWO “chefs” to come start cooking. We were told we would all eat as one, which would mean four chefs not two poor excuses for the culinary arts. After waiting for our food to be cooked, the handful of guests that ordered from back of house waited an additional 20-30 minutes for food, some of which being already cranky children. Fast forward to late night/early morning the next day. We are talking less then 24hrs. There were 8 people sick! Another six hours after 4 more people sick. All in all half our party had gotten Food poisoning!! Awesome way to remember an 18th birthday that cost a small fortune! Upon calling the establishment we were told “too busy call back later” twice. Finally we spoke to someone who demanded medical records from everyone’s doctors (HIPPA) Needless to say the health department needs to shut this place down once and for all! No more changing names. No more new owners.

I usually love this place. Have been a few times and ordered take out a couple times. I recently ordered hibachi noodles and miso soup to go for work. First the lady at the front had an attitude when I was asking for chop sticks. Then, when I finally go to eat my food the noodles were very soggy and I found a hair when I went for my second bite. Didn't even get to eat it. I doubt I'm going to order there again.

Absolutely horrible customer service. We were seated immediately along with a family of four. Our waiter took about an hour to come for a drink order. Then another 30 minutes to bring the drinks. Then another 45 minutes to take our orders. If it wasn’t around 8pm we would have left but all of the local restaurants were closing by the time we experienced such horrible service. We watched other tables that sat after us for hibachi be served that had another waiter. When asked about the timing we were told our waiter was busy.

Horrible Place!!! Staffs are very rude, it’s like they don’t even care! There are better Asian restaurants in Kingston.

I had Habachi on a previous trip to the city, so I decided to try it in Kingston. I had a Shrimp Habachi dinner, and the chef was satisfactory. Unfortunately, the rice was hard, and the bartender provided poor customer service. I also ordered a cranberry drink that day, which consisted of little red water coloring and water.This was atrocious. I didn't leave a tip, and the waitress chastised me.

I took my twin nephews here for there 21 birthday we had a blast there was 14 of us we had two chefs and both were out standing not just the food but the experience and fun show they put on I can’t wait to go again

Our go to spot for hibachi. Service is great, food comes out fast and tastes excellent each time. Good pricing for date night.

The atmosphere is sort of dark but the food is pretty good. The menu description didn’t mention that my food (tropical mango salmon) would have peppers and onions in it, which would have been good to know. I wanted to get dessert but the waitress didn’t ask if I wanted any and just put the check down when I was done with my entree. Also, they only gave us chopsticks as utensils. I’ll probably come back if I’m at the mall this is a part of.

Good food in general for price. Both hibachi and sushi recommended.

Horrific experience. My order was wrong even though I repeated the order 3 times over the phone. Then as I am getting ready to eat, I find 4 hairs in my food. When I went to complain they just offered me a $5 gift card. I will never eat here again!
