asked for chicken breast with mashed potatoes biscuit and side coleslaw. Got no coleslaw no cookie as was suppose to be with this meal lucky we got straws. The manager hadn’t gone to the bank so they needed credit cards or exact change. You can only go thru the drive-thru. No signs stating that. We went to the front door only to find them locked Food was horrible. Do not recommend this one in Kingston. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. Ended up at Popeyes. Got good food there.
Chicken breading was “doughy” tasting and seasoning was poor.
Never ever order delivery from there! Mind you this negative Review is not for the kfc itself but for the door dash drivers that work that location- Tracked my order and watched it say driver on the way and ordered delivered when I never received my order(and had been standing in the driveway for 20 mins past delivery time so the driver could see me). Had to spend an hour on the phone with both door dash and kfc and had to fight for a refund! Door dash said first that the order was canceled and then that the driver could not find the location (I live in a house that has its number in large print and clearly posted both on the mailbox and house itself and I live on a main road). Just not worth the hassle!
My sister just picked up food that she ordered online too many young people don’t want to work and there was a plastic piece from the coleslaw mix in her bowl of coleslaw that my mom could have chocked on. Do better and pay attention
Terrible experience tonight. Long line inside and out. Service was extremely slow. Original chicken was dark (looked like it was burnt), was dry and was greasy. This is the 2cd time food was not good. I would not recommend this store to anyone.
OMG my spicy chicken sandwich was soooo fresh and perfect! No stale food here, and the drive thru worker was lovely.
I ordered 2 16 piece meals and 20 were put in the register. The chicken wasn't crispy but the biscuits were great. I understand mistakes happen but not a $1000 one.
Worst KFC I have ever eaten. The chicken tasted old and the wings were so soggy I could not eat them. They forgot the sauces for the tenders and did not get the order of fries right. Nothing crunchy, super salty, not fresh as you would expect. Never again in this KFC.
Terrible. Misleading prices on drive-thru menu. No legs in family meal bucket. Waxy film left on teeth after consumption. Not what it used to be and definitely wont return.
I ordered a famous bowl combo meal and 2 chicken little sandwiches the famous bowl looks like they threw it around the sandwiches were missing the pickles and the soda was just seltzer water. I order the famous bowls from here all the time they are one of my favorite things but I was so disappointed this time. I won't be going back for a while.
