I’ve been a customer of Great Wall’s since I was a child. My family and I relocated 45 minutes away and still once a month we do a large order on a monthly basis to bring home. I work for the sheriff’s office and we do large group orders on a regular basis not including those who order individually. Great Wall canceled my order twice this week simply because they don’t want to deliver to the jail. I also called on Saturday and they called back 15 minutes later claiming they had no driver all of a sudden after I was told only a 30 minute wait. I tried to order again today and again 10 minutes later we get a phone call stating that they simply aren’t delivering to us today! I’m sure it’s unpleasant delivery driver refusing to do so. The food is good (most days) but I’m not spending my money with a business who treats their life-long customers in this manner. They didn’t just lose me as a customer but they lost my co-workers, their families, and my family - of course. Good luck Great Wall! Thanks for treating the sheriff’s office this way during the holidays!
I just ordered today. The usual I get. I’m a little disappointed and wish I could get a refund for the one item. The sweet and sour chicken was not good. It tasted odd, like freezer burned and looked like it too. Not worth the amount for it. I’m so frustrated I spend almost $70.00 every time I order.

I meet friends in this nice place a lot! This is the best place to pass a nice evening. I go to this spot at least once a month. The food is fantastic, the staff members are polite and the prices are fair. I like being in this place to have a decent lunch.
Had a excellent experience in this place with my kid. The food arrived rapidly and the service is just great. Prices are affordable.
