I only go to this one because it’s the closest and convenient. With that said it’s the worst drive they almost always backed up and if you go in you can see why there are more people moving slow then moving fast I have even seen people talking to each other while my order is sitting on the counter. There is this one guy he almost always has colored hair he is great greets at the window and always says have a great day and thank you. But people need to with a sense of urgency when it gets very busy. Food isn’t bad and they get my order right but just very slow staff
Drive thru is a pain if it's pack. But they make good coffee.
Excellent service , we stop here pretty often about once a week when in the area and they always get our order correct , staff is very friendly
The Donuts are delicious but incredibly overpriced these days. Don't know why Dunkin got rid of my favorite donut the chocolate cream filled.? The young people working here didn't greet me and seemed preoccupied with their side chats.
The staff was very friendly and made sure I received the correct type of coffee ☕ (decafe coffee)
Never can get your order right and they're slow got a line all the way out to the highway blocking traffic bad location for a business

They mess up more than they don’t. It actually seems to me that most employees don’t know how to make a latte because 90% of the time when I ask for a latte, I get a plain coffee. For example, I just went in and asked for a cocoa mocha latte and they give me a hazelnut with one milk and I checked the side of the cup to see if it was actually the correct drink, And sure enough it said Coco mocha latte, one milk. My drink his milk-based. What I got was a hazelnut coffee with a milk in it. This happens way too many times at this particular Dunkin so I’ve decided to just not go anymore and switch over to Starbucks because both of the Dunkins in the town of Kingston I just gross and never get it right.
Horrible. Don't even bother going. They have no control here and the line to get in is so long it's not worth it. People had road rage from how crazy that intersection is. It took me half an hour from when I ordered to when I got to the front window.
