It is a good place for okay pizza but over an hour wait for delivery on a Thursday.
My first time ordering and everything went well ,took me a few times to figure out how to order on line but their very patient . I changed my order several time and was not locked out. The delievery person was prompt and polite. I will order again Thank You HMR 2/19/22
Second time in a row my food came cold and drink waa hot. Once ok but not twice in 3 days. Driver confirmed food was cold I had him touch it. Was told just to call and they would replace my order. So I called and was offered 10 bucks off of my next order. The pizza alone cost more than that and yes I used points. For a bottle of soda delivery and tip I spent 15 bucks so altogether would be about 30 for inedible cold greasy dough. Pretty sad been ordering from here for over 7 years first time I ever said anything and they won't even fix it.
Ordered yesterday for lunch online and went in store to pick up. I don’t think anyone would love paper pieces in their food or 7 wings instead of the qty of 8. Pasta was also poorly cooked.
Someone speaking to me very fast and rude who claimed to be Muhammad . Hung up the phone. He was very rude and he told me he wouldn't give me credit for the things that were MISSING a week and a half ago. He pulled up my order , he gave me a hard time. It was a $50 order and he said he will not give me credit , he cursed at me and hung up the phone. I was nothing but patient and nice. He said I'm trying to get the whole order for free BUT I wasn't .I was literally trying to get the credit for what THEY MESSED up the order with .Dominoes has an insurance that if you mess up an order they are supposed to make things right . Coorperate will be hearing from me !
They always have it ready at the time I ask for it to be ready. The kids gobble it down.
Trying to get information on my order,person answering the phone is extremely rude. Hung up on me and I'm trying to call back to speak to a manager and now she's just picking the phone up and hanging up. So dominos in Kingston NY, if your employees won't answer your calls how do you speak to a manager? Just despicable. Unbelievable
order has been finished for over an hour, was told tracker isn't working and that order will be here soon. still not here, call back the store and female employee was extremely rude and hung the phone up on me. I called back to speak to manager but this employee just picks the phone up and hangs up. Great Job Kingston Domino's, how does a customer speak to a manager when your employee will just pick the phone up and hang up?
This Domino's has ALWAYS been good to me. Place is clean & staff are friendly!
