This was our favorite place to get fresh clean good food. I don’t know what happened. Tons of people working. Nasty attitude from every person. Staff actually roll their eyes and glare at you. The entire establishment inside and out is absolutely filthy. Staff literally everywhere, standing around with horrible attitudes. What happened to the smiles? What happened to a clean parking lot? They need to purchase a power washer. When it comes to the food, they smash and purposefully break your crunchy tacos??♀️. When you order a salad, they build it, then you ask for dressing and they don’t have it. The guacamole is brown. The staff hands, hair and clothes are dirty. I will never eat anything from this establishment again. Downright disgusting, in every way.
Terrible experience! Newest flavor of chicken cooking on the grill, server said not ready and didn't know when it would be ready because it was not her department. She gave us old, bottom of the pan, scraped out chicken, original recipe. Customer in front of us asked for onions and server slammed her hand down in anger because she had already moved past that tray. Food trays appeared unkempt and food did not look fresh or appealing.
The food is good.... But every time I go there is not so clean.... They could do a better job by having the place cleaner even with the prepared food... They could do a better job...
Average. Not overly clean. The dining room is often out of shape and table tops are not clean. And this location has been out of many things, from all different types of ingredients, drinks, chips. You never know what may be available so it's best not to be too picky.
Always out of ingredients/ food. Out of chips and Vinaigrette no matter what time of day you go. They say that it’s because these are really popular yet nothing is done to assure that more is available to meet the demand. Honestly very disappointed and I don’t believe I’ll be eating at this chipotle again.
I’ve never seen a chipotle burrito this small. I payed 13 dollars for each one, plus the beans were dried out.
Great food, very busy at 6'00 pm. Called to order ahead and they were a few minutes late with the time request. But, the attitude of the workers and how they worked together under pressure was amazing!!!
Last 2 times there very disappointing. 1st time took over an hour for an online pick up order. Figured it was and opening issue for early lunch? Then went for dinner ... lettuce looked disgusting... gave very small portions, almost no sour cream... girl kept scraping the tub like she could get more out for 3 orders!! Then got sick afterwards.... I won't be back. Very disappointing as this use to be my favorite fast food place.
No mobile ordering; no ordering from me. It’s been a pleasure the past few years; but now that I can’t order from the other side of town and pick it up; you lost a customer in me. I’ll make my own burritos for about 8 dollars cheaper; thank you for saving me the $$$
