Same as any other burger King except for the fact the staff closes the store at 11:30 instead of 12:00 as the website and chain says it does. I understand employees don't want to stay late but it's not acceptable to routinely if not daily close your business earlier than the posted hours merely because it's more ideal for the staff and or manager / assistant manger. 1 star due to this particular crew refusing to stay open to their posted and advertised hours.

Went there today with a gift card from Christmas and they said they tried it a bunch of times and it didn't work. I said alright I'm sorry I'll go pull over somewhere and see what's wrong with the card. I checked the balance online and it was $15 and activated on 12/23 the day i bought it for my boyfriend. He went inside and they acted as if they didn't know and didn't care. My boyfriend said a supervisor came over and asked what was the problem and then was told and then she walked away without doing anything. Like wtf. And he said someone was in an office on their phone. What kind of customer service is that and how come not one of them knew how to process a gift card?? Absolutely Pathetic and I will definitely not be back EVER. BTW the burger King in catskill had no problem with it. They typed in the numbers and it worked. Those employees and managers there need a serious education. They are not bright or not trained AT ALL
Came through this place tonight. Very simple order only 3 items. Still screwed it up. You Will see a lot of bad reviews from this location. Don’t waste your time go to BK on Broadway. They actually listen to you take their time and make your order correctly. So either the chick in drive through can’t listen because drama and gossip is more important than working. Or the people in the back can’t read simple instructions. I think it’s just a bunch of young punk kids that don’t care about work. Broadway BK more adults who take the job serious.
Clean, friendly and food is prepared well. Great fast food ambience.
I ordered here tonight, and not only did they mess up my order they completely forgot half of it. ? So now I got charged for stuff I never recieved.
Quick bite to eat, food is not bad,little pricey.
It's bk, staff are friendly, manager goes out of his way to make sure everything is good, food is always neatly presented and freshhhhh.
