First timer- I was given a gift card so I used it. 20 boneless wings, large potato wedges and 1 loaded bird dawg. $40.24 (way too expensive for that amount of food). I ordered and picked up. The ordering process and personnel at the Kingston NY location was fine. The food, not so much. The potatoes were ok, nothing phenomenal, the bird dawg messy but tasty, but the boneless wings were dry and not great. They are sitting in my stomach like a lead ball. Maybe I should have ordered traditional wings, but doubtful I’m going back to spend that much money on what is essentially, fast food again.
Horrible experience. Food was cold. One order was incorrect. When we said we no longer wanted it just remove it from the bill the server brought out another one. Had to argue with the manager to take it off the bill. Food was cold and blan. Won't be returning.
Waited 20 minutes to get out beer after we ordered, then our burgers came out 20 minutes before the wings were even close to coming out. Finally canceled the wings. manager blamed it on the BOGO special with the take outs, not great won't be back.
Bar tender was on top of drinks and orders, food came out warm and delicious. Much better then when they were located in the Mall.
Staff was friendly , overwhelmed and under supervised. MSG in many sauces, dressings and no warning on the menu. Website does provide a nutrition section. One special order gluten free option is available. Think of it like a Junior High School cafeteria with a liquor license. If that appeals to you then you will like it.
5 stars is based off of this type of chain restaurant. Actual rating would be a lot less. Good sized Restaurant with plenty of parking. Staff does a good job following all the protocols of a chain restaurant. Place is clean with plenty of TV’s playing various sports. Beers on tap are fresh.
Food was ok at best. Our server was the absolute worst. They were very much under staffed. Manger was nice but didn't seem to be to helpful. Don't go her often but it was the only place open past 10pm. Won't be back.
Always stop by here when my wife and I are upstate. Great service, the food is always good and it’s a great place to watch a game. The smoked brisket burger is phenomenal and the traditional wings are always cooked perfectly.
First time trying BWW; ordered takeout based on recommendation from the take-out staff. Got home to discover my order of 10 wings; was instead - 4 soggy nuggets. Was able to get a refund after calling and speaking w 3 different people, but yikes - place wasn’t even particularly busy - hard to understand the value proposition of this place.
This is the best Buffy’s me and my crew ever went to. Our waitress shawna should be employee of the month, even on a busy super bowl night, she kept em comin. Beers, xtra cold. Wings, pretty spicy. Keep doin gods work y’all. Big ups to shawna
