ordered an iced matcha latte which i wasn’t expecting the best since it was an airport drink but i saw her use a packet matcha which was expected but when i drank it….. all matcha powder as she stirred it for .2 seconds so none of it blended and just straight iced milk with chalky powdery matcha. i also asked for light ice but i saw her fill the cup to the brim with ice lol. please replace this with a better place maybe even a starbucks

At the bar attached to this, the bartender, Jessica, young lady with cornrows, was on FaceTime for at least a half hour while poorly handing out some drinks. Also, the two people that paid cash near me, about a $50 and $20 tab, I noticed her set aside the cash, and ten minutes later put it in her tip jar when she figured no one was paying attention, poor service and stealing? Yikes. Also pricey for drinks, but hey thats the airport

On 2/1/22 by Gate C66, Term 5 in jfk airport. World bean the Ginger turmeric tea was Fantastic. The croissant great. But, better was the service from Lawren and her 2 co workers. So I was on celll busy- my wife ordered without asking me- Lawren noticed and confirmed with me -super glad she asked. My wife ordered incorrectly and the workers used good sence by asking. I changed to what I wanted and the coworkers were aware of what was going on quickly obliged and I was super happy. Ty to all 3 of you.

Horrible first experience here. I asked for a large iced matcha. After he rung me up, I asked for no straw. Somehow the man who rung me up translated that into put a shot of espresso in my iced matcha. He did say this doesn’t come with espresso and I said yes, I said I don’t want a straw. But the music was so loud I don’t think he heard me. After he handed me a brown/green iced beverage, I said there must have been some confusion when I told him I didn’t want a straw. He said he would make me another one but they ran out of matcha. I ended up ditching my $6 drink and didn’t get compensated for another one. Ugh. I wouldn’t get a drink here before a flight again.

JFK terminal 5 , by gate 18 , I ordered a cup of black coffee with a shot of espresso. The attendant had her head down watching something on her phone. Once she noticed me and I told her what I wanted. She refused and told me she was not going to make espresso. When I asked why she just repeated herself and refused to fill my order. I walked away and took my business to Starbucks . Such poor service. I guess she didn’t want to miss her movie.

There are two girls working . There were both on their phones having full conversations while taking orders (EarPods) refused to warmed up the croissants . Had to remind them several times that I was still waiting for my coffee . In conclusion donuts were old and hard - croissants were cold and not delicious- coffee didn’t taste like a latte — spent $27 and my kids spat out their food a s I dump mines . Worst place to eat anything at JFK is WORLDBEAN. Customer service was the worst .

Ok coffee and world's worst bagel. Attendants were good and almost no line tho.

Considering the limited food options offered at this Terminal, the is by far the most reasonable priced cafe that doesn't charge you an arm and a leg for a sandwich/ coffee. Don't expect service with a smile here, just place your order and move to the side. Ordered the Avocado Smash and Nutella Toast - ate it, and survived.
