I came on Tuesday afternoon to pick up 3 Steam Snapper. The fish that the restaurant gave me was old and smelly. I am never coming here again. The food service drastically changed from when I was in High School. I wish they can give me 3 new orders of WELL DONE STEAM SNAPPER.
Ordered my Thanksgiving dinner from The Door and I must say it was a wonderful experience! I preordered and picked up my meal serving 8-10 people on the eve of Thanksgiving. Everything was delicious! We really enjoyed the wonderful Jamaican cuisine…Thanks!!!
I used The Door Restaurant catering for my Thanksgiving Dinner this year and had such a shameful experience. Had guest sitting for over 3 hours with no food. The Door gave me no communication on the status of my order during my 2 hour wait. Luckily there were other establishments open that were properly monitored and ready to serve. The Door official ruined my Thanksgiving Dinner.
The food at this location is really good. My issue is with the delivery or pick up section. The workers back there are incompetent. They do not write down the order. They commit it to memory and their memory is a shoddy. I placed my order and they messed up the number. Then when I got my food it was the wrong order.

if you have a group, they must be on time to be seated. Withh that being said, after being seated the menu ordered , with appetizers were on point. the atmosphere, inviting. decor dining experience.
I had the surf and turf. The steak was jerked. Everything was delicious and the staff was surprisingly friendly and helpful.
