Placed an order on Grubhub which showed they were processing it. Then status went to the driver is going to pick up the order. After waiting 45 minutes status changes back to order was sent. Nonidea what was going on. Tried calling no one picked up. Cancelled order and now leaving this review because everyone in NY needs to know what a joke this place is. It should be renamed to Texas BBQ and BS.
This place is a frontYeah they sell food but they are scammersAnd if you use any type of credit or debit card they will steal your money and informationThe machine you use to pay is fitted with a device to steal informationI used a gift card for 2 burgers tht cost 11$After I left the store the money on the gift card was completely goneThe boss of the store is aware of this he is apart of the whole scam
Chicken fries were very dry and not fresh. It used to be very juicy and fresh but for the last couple months the quality of their chicken fries has decreased significantly
The fry’s was rotten the drinks was like water with sugars ,the burgers was dry and too much onions in it.
I had a really poor experience with the clerk taking my order. A simple request to read back to me what was in my order was met with the most unreasonable reaction. I felt this person was nationalism bias. So unfortunate. I'd never would treat another person so rudely for no more than miscommunication.
Aware alert!! Avoid this store!! Gave me wrong item, didn’t apologize & when call to change my food didn’t changed it. Very rude customer service!!
You should go there it is the best place clean nice food
This place is amazing! Their fish is straight bomb, their fries are delish, and their burger meat is juicy, tender, and tastes like BBQ fire grill. Get ya some. I'll be getting the Texas Hell next time I hit this place up
