I ordered online pick up and came at the directed time only to see they kept the receipt on the side and started making it when I walked in. What’s the point of ordering ahead if I still have to wait
Customer service is always ?. They actually remember my order and I go there once every two weeks.

I went in for the combo deals this spot offers. I walked out with a delicious meatball marinara that I absolutely tore about and a great customer service experience with a very kind gentleman (Oct 10, night shift closing), who was very nice EVEN THOUGH I WALKED IN JUST AS THEY WERE CLOSING. I didn't even realize that until I came here to leave a review. I even gave a tip which I never do for fast food. Thank you so much for dinner!
Craving tuna and chicken bacon ranch at 10pm. Was very happy this location was open late. Place was clean, the woman who made our food was very kind. The food was delicious. My tuna sandwich didn't make it home .

Regular neighborhood subway. Nothing to write home about but I will continue to go. The employees are pleasant and the place is clean.
