had to wait in line because five out of six employees were loudly discussing about something and there was just one cashier left, who i had to repeat my order 3 times to (ordered oat milk but she always kept writing down almond milk) and who had to close her ears because of the loude disussion next to us. after 20 minutes of waiting and pointing out, that we have to get to our gate, Tarah told us, that they are just doing their job and that they can not change anything about the situation. However, I recieved an ALMOND MILK coffe, which was the worst ice coffe i ever had at starbucks...
Gave me Oats milk in place of Almond milk. Made me ill.
Stood in line for 20 minutes. Was informed that they don’t actually have for sale most of what’s in the display. Don’t waste your time.

Extremely slow. Walked over with 25 minutes until boarding. They forgot about my order, cursing at each other in front of customers, and complain at each other about slamming noises while slamming harder. Terrible service and made it back with just 5 minutes to spare.
