The staff looks miserable and they opened up the store late by like 10 minutes after I was online 20 minutes before the store opened and saw everyone in there doing idk what.\\nThen they all left to the bathroom or idk and that's when the store opened up late with miserable faces ?\\nEvery other star bucks I go to the staff is friendly and they are happy to serve me my coffee\\nI decided to place my order online in my app and still there was like 3 people ahead of me that got there orders
This specific location is untrained!! I asked for Latte on my star rewards AND asked if she put it on my rewards. The answer was YES. I still was charged. The solution is; not to refill my account and charge per purchase
