There has been a decline in service/staff, I do see a lot of new faces. Staff needs to be more social, and attentive they forget basic things like silverware, checking to see if you need anything... Also the staff needs to be more mindful! They walk around rubbing their nose(two staff I noticed doing this) Thank Goodness neither was attending to me.
1st time here, I ordered the pulled pork sandwich, the food came out with a squashed bun I sent it back to have a completely flatted bun sent back to me. Food was mediocre at best & the salt shakers etc were oily. Staff were unprofessional & made me feel uncomfortable. Very unprofessional nevermind unpleasant. The shorter Jamaican gentleman who was my server was the only decent thing about the experience. But I will definitely not be returning. If I could give a negative 10 I would!!!
To be straight to the point. HORRIBLE. EVER SINCE THE ORIGINAL OWNERS SOLD it . The new owners don't know how to cook the food. When they purchased the place they should of kept the cooks. I brought brisket. It look like deli pastrami. And it was disgusting. I gave them back there junk food and got my money back. They also don't know how to make any cocktails. Worst place now to eat. No stars

Would love to leave a review on the food but unsure what it may be as we didn’t get served. This review is based solely on the service.As a party of two, with only a few folks in the restaurant -one may think to greet a pair of customers. However, not only were we not served water or anything, they took the order of other customers before us. As we’re sitting there waiting to be asked of what we’d like to order, the server took the orders of two tables (one being sat AFTER us). After taking the orders, the server went to assist other customers. All while we’re waiting to be served, and other employees just looking at us. Some customers were even shaking their head in disbelief. It was rather embarrassing. To save us the trouble of tasting their food, we left the restaurant. After reading the reviews, it is evident that their customer service is not even subpar.Tip for management: If you see customers not being served or asked of their order, instead of looking at the customers and standing behind … ASK FOR YOURSELF. I wouldn’t blame the server as he was being pulled from many directions.
I love the chicken wings! And every now and again, I get one of their good burgers or great ribs. Prices are ok. It can pricey. Typical wait time for food. Cant comment on seating due to covid. Not many are coming out to sit and eat just yet. But there were seats available to enjoy the good food and great atmosphere.
We attended the comedy show, the comedians were great. The take,away was seating you can't see the guest seated behind the door. That should be addressed. The drinks where the best I've had in a very long time. Unfortunately if we could have had food ordered maybe we could have had more then 1 drink. Why did the chicken arrive 5 minutes before the uber big disappointment; but it was tasty could have used more lemon flavor.
Food is good. But I’m used to even if something is mostly bbq they’ll usually have a small section with other options for those that don’t want bbq…no this place. It’s all bbq lol nothing else so make sure everyone who’s going likes that.
Delicious food. Service is pretty quick. The Catfish is amazing. It seems the hired a new cook, 1 year ago the Catfish was super light and crispy. Now it's looks and taste like they need to change the Grease they use much more often. Veggies are always fresh and delicious ?
I was super excited to find this place because I’m originally from the south and love a good bbq restaurant. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable of the menu. I ended up getting the bbq pulled pork sandwich combo with fries and Mac n cheese. The bbq sandwich had a great amount of meat, tasted good, and they weren’t stingy on the bbq sauce which was awesome. The Mac n cheese though was disappointing. When you’re a bbq place the Mac n cheese need to look and taste like somebody grandma back there making it happen, instead it’s basically box Mac n cheese with no seasoning in it.That’s a real deal breaker for me. However I’d still come back, I would just try a different side.lol Also they have a bar inside which I thought was cool too
