Eat here occasionally but I never see this bearded bengali guy with a mask on, he is rude when asked to put his scarf/mask up and sometimes he rubs his nose and then goes back to flipping chicken.Started packing my own lunch now.
The owner of this establishment is arrogant, nasty and treated his employees so wrong. He spoke to his employees very rudely right in front of the customers. (Not everyone moves on a fast pace.) One of the employees were not moving fast enough for him. He seemed upset due to another order not being ready. The owner grabbed the food out of his hand and said “your not doing this right, let me show you”. Then proceeded to make the customers order himself. I felt so bad for the young man. Yes I gave him a peace of my mind when I got to the register. I spoke up for that young man. He does not deserve to be treated like that. You can tell he was very scared to say something. So I said something for him. The owner needs to be a mentor to these young man. Train and teach them the proper way to make the food. This was definitely a very bad experience for me. I will never go to this establishment again. I pray for those employees that they get a new owner who treats them 10x better then that current owner.
First time ordering. Found them through UberEats. Recovering from surgery and avoiding the usual greasy food. Ordered the chicken bowl meal. Was pleasantly surprised. They have vegan options also. Will order again.

The best qdoba especially for customer service and flavors . Let Me add- the new GM Mir has turned around the entire ball game toA new touchdown . Most of the reviews here are old-gold-bold that don’t applicableAnymore. Pay a visit to qdoba JFK to find the difference.

People wasn't that friendly nor helpful made my nachos a mess and traveled to them
I was there today August 12 @ 1.40pm with hubby ,the sever was a yellow skin lady and was serving less the portion and I was trying to let her understand she was serving less the portion and she was so rude and was talking back at me telling me oh we serve by portion and being backed by her manager and I have to tell them I was here yesterday and I was been served by potion with diligent and respect which makes me understand the portion was leaser than what I was served because they were running out of the food .I felt embarrassed
