We were here with two small kids and it was great to have a space where the little one can sleep in her stroller without being disturbed. The food was good enough- kids had rice with vegetables. Clean toilets and a changing area for the baby.

The welcome service at this "club" is awful. The receptionist was incredibly rude and did not know how to explain this lounge's entrance requirements in a clear manner. Instead she became immediately agitated and demanded payment for entry even though I had a business class ticket. I normally would pay but told her that I did not care to after her unusual behavior. If this would be a customer friendly establishment the story would end there. Instead the receptionist reported an altercation to the airport authorities, who dismissed the complaint after a brief discussion. Perhaps she had a bad day, perhaps their establishment does not properly train their employees, but this kind of behavior is unwarranted in any customer-facing position. I would expect better.

Worst service I’ve ever seen in airport lounges. When I asked a server nicely to clean up one of the tables(she dresses like the lounge manager), and she pointed at another table and asked me :”what’s the difference? “ I told her the one I want is more spacious, then she sighed and asked another server to clean the table while shaking her head. Very rude and unprofessional

Food tasted good. Clean. I would have left 5 stars if they didn’t have Fox News running with the Hannity and Carlson shows on the tvs. People are racist enough in this world no need to encourage it in the airport.

Decent - not the best but definitely not the worst departure lounge I have ever been to. The food is average, and the coffee is decent. In a flash back to college days - 3 different flavors of cup-o-noodle. That's a bit of an odd choice for an airport departure lounge. One complaint - no traditional plugs. There are plenty of USB charging ports but no standard plugs.

Small lounge, extremely crowded, very slow to restock food and drinks. Only worth visiting at very late or off peak hours. Perfectly fine to walk in and grab a quick coffee from one of the machines. Same situation as the last 2 times visiting here.

Disappointed. Disappointed. Disappointed. Poor choice of food. Atmosphere decent. Outrageous bar charges despite two complimentary drinks. Not used to this 'hospitality' but even Middle East exceeds these standards and do things better. Final night of US trip. Huge drop in service and hospitality since 2019.

Small lounge in JFK T1 next to gates 8 and 9, accessible by Priority Pass members and some other lounge memberships. It was very crowded when we visited on a Thursday afternoon with limited seating available. That, coupled with the darker color scheme and the somewhat low ceilings made the lounge quite stifling. Food options were limited and not particularly good - though they do have three types of cup noodles if that’s your cup of tea (or noodles)!Bathrooms are clean. Overall, pretty unremarkable lounge that’s marginally better than staying in the general waiting area.

Decent enough . The food is good , but could use a little more variety. Two free drinks on priority pass . Feels a little cramped if there are too many people at once

Choice of food is basic, like a hotel breakfast.Freezing cold (even with a slicker on) and dirty chairs.. Unfortunately this doesn’t make you wanna stay. Also no comfy sofa for a quick nap.
