Depressing experience. One poor lady handling everything by herself resulting in 1) huge line, 2) “cappuccino” which was really just boiled milk with minimal espresso, and 3) a gas station ambience. Peets brand has gone way down hill.
They lady behind the counter was soo very rude I walked out. I was asking questions about a drink that WAS on the menu. She got clearly irritated and then proceeded to say WHAT DO YOU WANT . I won’t be back don’t waste your time there is a Dunkin’ right down the way ! SOOO VERY RUDE

The coffee is nice but service is extremely slow. There was one poor lady dealing with the ordering and also making the drinks. Looking at previous reviews this place has always been slow and always will be. Only come here if you have plenty of time.
Mighty leaf green tea large cup has two tea bags inside and price is very compatible with others ventures at JFK AEROPORT TERMINAL 4. Unfortunately for pastries lovers varieties of pastries very limited.

Watered down Chai latte after Barista explained she couldn't make a cappuccino due to a broken machine \\\"for like two months\\\" now. Skip it. It's already overpriced airport coffee, might as well get what you want!
The lines are long and the service is slow here. Make sure you plan ahead if you're going to grab something from them before your flight.
