THE WORST! We made a drive thru order and the lady assured us that everything was in the bags (before we drove off). After reaching ALL THE WAY HOME, we realized that half of the order (5 McChicken sandwiches) wasn't even there. After making a phone call (no answer, of course) we decided to go ALL THE WAY BACK to the McDonald's. After waiting in the drive thru line after several minutes, we explained that our 5 chicken sandwiches weren't in the bag. The same lady apologized and said that they kept it for us. We came ALL THE WAY BACK HOME to find that there were only 3 chicken sandwiches in the bag. Very disappointed.
This is one of the worst run MCDONALD'S ever. They constantly get orders wrong, forget details like sauces, and hash browns. One Monday morning I waited 25 minutes for 2 burritos. No apologies nothing. Oh and they forgot my hot sauce, again.
Do not eat here! It was my first time eating here. I suffered from food poisoning. I had the quarter pounder with cheese and bacon and fries. And only a few hours later, I wake up with really bad stomach pains, and I rushed to the bathroom.
VERY BAD SERVICE!!! I ordered a double bacon quarter pounder and they gave me 1 patty and pickles and ketchup and onions and TONS of bacon when i said no pickles and no ketchup and no onions. Also i ordered another double bacon quarter pounder and they gave me no ketchup and no pickles and NO bacon when i said to put those things and 2 pattys but the big max i ordered was fine, it tasted off but it’s mostly always like this. And ALL staff use NO GLOVES and NO MASKS. Staff has a bad attitude and rude
Last time they was operative and fast workers, now I don't know what happend with them but I waited 20-30 min to get my mobile order with expectation I will get it fast, I don't like how they work this days, not acceptable compare to others McDonald's.
Clean establishment. Cool staff but sometimes the service at the drive thru can be slow. Overall, it's a thumbs up kinda spot.
at the drive tru...placed my orders...came up to pay only to be asked over and over again WHAT DID YOU ORDER? everything on the menu was asked except what I ordered and I KEPT saying NO NO NO...I kept repeating what I ordered to this rude woman attendant...only to be told I have to go back and rejoin the line again and reorder...she cannot do order there and then...meanwhile the line is backing up and I have a hungry child in the car with a plus rude attendant..I drove off to somewhere else with less stress...THE SAME PERSON THAT IS TAKING ORDERS IS THE SAME PERSON COLLECTING MONEY..MAKING CHANG ETC ETC...some of us cannot multi task...
I ordered a large fry.. I got a medium fry worth the container was half empty. The manager did it. I always have that problem at that particular location. -100!!!
I bought food, then I had to use the bathroom. The bathroom door was locked and manager said it's out of service. I asked do you have another bathroom I can use he said NO. I asked what about the employee bathroom I really got to go he said no again. This is a restaurant there supposed to provide paying customers with a bathroom
Worst service the drivethru its even worst they dont talk to you at any time for more than 5 min i was talking not one awnwer when i was at the window she say no body tell to move and close the window like she owns this macdonalds...
