I placed an order though the app and shouldve been able to drive up to the window and pickup..Waited 42 minutes ti be exact at the drive thru..finally decided to walk in the restaurant to hear my order is not here. I ended leaving without my order and qas still charged.This needs to be addressed with upper management.
Gave me the wrong coffee. I paid extra for a customized coffee. They didn't greet me when I pulled up to the window. They left off a hash brown that I paid for. Go somewhere else!
McDonald's reliably have bathrooms. This is one of my first encounters with a store that uses a secured entry system for the restroom. You ask at the counter and they push a button to release the lock. Bathroom was clean enough and stocked.
Always forgetting something through UberEats when you try to call you can't get through.... I've had so many times reporting to Uber Eats that they are sometimes not giving me a refund for missing items of my purchase. Why do I purchase here? Because it's pretty close for delivery option.Going indoors to this location is your best bet to monitor your own food right then and there. When you see them working on orders they are pretty much making sure everything is in there but mines I don't know breakfast time I ordered sausageegg and cheese mcgriddle and they left the egg out but charged me for the egg hotcakes and sausage they left out the sausage but charged me special instruction meals never done how you like it... its like they don't care I order the same thing always. I now know who gives me orange soda instead of Hi-C orange juice. I learn whose who when I am there when I say no ice and I get a pound of ice in my cup. Can't speak to the night manager cause he has an attitude problem...I mean 93% of the time you just want to just be happy. That's all. I just want what I paid for and go about my day. I think people that want to work there should work there. Less attitudes and professionalism is needed especially at night. P.S. Any workers conducting food please tell them to wear gloves even the manager!
Just my go-to place when the kids are craving a happy meal, I always do drive by anyways, so minimal contact with staff
Always check your order they try and rush you. If your food is not fresh take it back they'll give you fresh food. The fries are always hot. Enjoy ⚓️
Was actually surprised at how good the food at this particular McDonald’s was. There was a long line at drive thru so maybe that’s why the food was hot and fresh
Mc Donald one of the best on the planets food so good make u feel like u making love I love shakes apple pies fish with double chees with fish some of. My favorites water mellon slyrpies.my babby girl got me hook like a drug I love thier food yaba dabba dooo.amen.
This is what is available to the people of this community. These people come to work with low income homes and low expectations in life and overall damaged attitudes. They don't eat what they serve for a reason and would not care to poison their own neighbor.
Coffee's not so great, and the fries are often just warm enough. The only time the fries are hot is when it's very busy. Overall, food and service is average. Although they say "24 hrs", the associates declared this location "closed" one early morning lol. I assumed they were sleeping as the associate sounded groggy and gave me no explanation as to why they were closed.
