It’s so bad I ordered meal they just gime me sandwich with drink so I tell her about fries and mayo and Ketchup

It’s crazy to see this is basically the lowest rated McDonald’s around but yeah, I have to agree! I worked in the airport for 3 years and the employees there are BY FAR the worst I’ve ever seen in food service anywhere. They’re extremely combative and rude and I witnessed sooo many arguments with customers and fellow employees in the time I worked by there. It was so dirty, I only got food from there a couple times before I decided it wasn’t worth it.
Missing tomatoes in both my burgers and they didn't tell me anything before I get them and come back complaining. No exchange possible ?? Pfff

Terminal 8 has limited food offerings and this was just an easy alternative. Small place with slightly uninterested staff.
Good place to eat at terminal 1 but staff is ruining this place. No respect to customer, they throw bag of food on a counter, it's hard to discuss and get any information about food. For higher prices than usual, even if this is airport, it's unbearable.
