While saw bad reviews it was a blessing at 6 am while everything up front had crazy lines their mobile ordering was amazing. The portions were not that big, but enough. The place was very clean and organized. Did not get much of inerraction with the staff, but they were seen running around. Good to know for future when traveling. The only thing are the tables in the middle of the table that make it hard to talk
I waited for over an hour for my food and finally had to confront someone and they brought it out for us.My sister tried to order and her machine wouldn’t work… It was not user-friendly. And there was no one to help us. So we just ended up splitting my meal and eating snacks from our bag.We saw many other people leaving because they were going to miss their flight due to it taking so long to get their food.To be fair the food was excellent… But the service and setup is horrible.
This place is horrible, waited forever for a beer and the staff likes to just sit around playing on their phone. Then got charged twice (different amounts) and when I go to call them, there's no number to be found. Go to there website, brings me to a clothing website. Definitely don't recommend coming here
Service was 1/2 hour to get food. Coffee came early but lukewarm. Think id skip this place. Try the main restaurant not the gate 26
I am awaiting a refund for food that I never received.(your iPads allowed ordering, accepted payment but about 15 minutes after ordering we were advised that your.kitchen crew left before regular closing time) I have texted and called..kindly post your corporate phone number so that I may seek the refund that was promised to me last night. Thank you.
Great first impression as I ducked out of the tiresome hustle and bustle of T5 into an oasis of spacious calm where I could take off my face mask and charge my phone. The shift manager welcomed me warmly and ushered me to the back of the dining hall, where I sat by a window flooded with natural light. Ordering by iPad doesn’t bother me at all. I selected a burger and fries and a gin and tonic ($ 56.45 with tax and tip). I enjoyed the complimentary iced tap water. Then something went wrong: the gin and tonic I was served tasted like Windex mixed with Queens tap water and it had no fizz whatsoever! I called out to the shift manager, whose name is Lisbeth, and whom I will now praise lavishly. She listened attentively and went over to the bartender and had the drink remade with Hendricks gin and a sparkling bottled mixer (Fever Tree?). The replacement tasted divine - so much so that I felt I was back in my favourite cocktail lounge in London. The burger and fries were perfectly fine, especially considering this is an airport location. Note to non-Americans: always order American cheese with a burger because it melts beautifully into a hot patty. More advice for non-Americans: customer service in this country is the best in the world by an enormous margin, and if anything is not to your satisfaction mention it to management. They will usually do what it necessary to make you truly happy. God Bless America and also Lisbeth and her team.

Quite possibly the worst burger I’ve ever seen and it cost $30. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
Great service!
Great tasting food, helpful staff, and quick service (wasn’t too busy when I stopped by).
