✨Love the matcha milk tea with bubbles 10/10 ? and chocolate boba chew was good as well and order is served in 1-2 minutes and friendly service! I go to this place everytime I feel like getting boba tea and I end up finishing the boba fast bc it's so good, this deserves five stars✨ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I love Kung Fu Tea, but this location messed up my orders on two separate occasions. Both times they did 100% sugar when we asked for 30% sugar, and my family ended up throwing the drink out because it was too much for them. The staff are very polite and the location itself is clean!
I like kung fu tea in general. I couldn't have any over the last 2 years because there weren't any close enough to order from while being in lockdown. Finally, I saw this place opened online and I have now purchased from this location 5 times via delivery services, ordering 2-4 drinks each time and haven't had any problems with the quality.
Really great customer service at this Kung fu tea! Came here a couple of times enjoyed it each time. Recently made an Uber eats order and they got one drink wrong, called them up and spoke to them. I thought I was getting a refund but the guy showed up with 3 NEW DRINKS!!! I was so shook! Thank you kung fu tea!!!
This place opened up in the area recently and I was happy that it was a little closer to me than the one in bayside. The place is clean and the staff is very polite. They really took the time to welcome everyone and seem to enjoy their job. However, we thought the the taro and milk tea were extremely disappointing. We didn’t feel as though the flavor was consistent and left us with stomach aches. Taro is pretty much the same everywhere and this was not it. Unfortunately, will not be going back.
Usually order online, I made a mistake in my drink order where I forgot to make it Honey and called them about adjusting the flavor and they did it with no charge! :) Bubble tea tastes the same as other Kung Fu Tea places.
I ordered 4 drinks. Only 1 hot tea was made correctly. Labels were on the drinks as I ordered. 3 drinks I wants less sweet 30% they were all made 100% sweet super sweet! Not what I asked for. In addition to that I ordered a taro and got a regular milk tea but paid for taro. I cant drink the overly sweetened teas I need to throw my money away. Not worth ordering at this place.
The staff is super nice and the tea is consistently good! So happy they opened up a location on LI!
I visited this place with my daughter because she was waiting for it to open up after seeing the construction. We went in greeted the girl at the counter with a hello she did not respond took our order very quickly as if it was burdening her. I was so disappointed because I was looking forward to this place becoming a Favorite. Customer Service is everything especially if you’re A new business in the neighborhood.
Worst one! I used to buy from them literally every other day. All of a sudden they've gotten so cocky like ppl's money doesn't matter to them anymore. They usually keep my frozen drink in the fridge, but for some reason this day they didn't. So the drink turned liquid. I asked the guy to re-make it and he had the worst attitude about it. Then made the drink so badly that I threw up. I literally live four blocks away and have been telling ppl how great they are, but now I have a new tune. I'm deleting their app and I'm gonna let ppl know not to go there. Throwing up their drink was very painful and I wouldn't wish it on anyone.
