Nice layover in JFK. Restaurants, shopping, and spacious seating.Charging stations for devices.Bathrooms give space for luggage!Our gate got changed two times but I have to add it was snowing and flights started to get canceled so we were happy to get a flight out.Airport was clean and honored CoVid safety requirements.Have passed through previously- continues to be a nice stop for a long trip.
Visited this airport as we transiting. Domestic airport was wonderful. Lot of space and amenities. Plenty of food options. Lot of seats and charging stations. Toilets were clean and spacious. Airport staff were informative and helpful.Skywalk and Airtrains were quite some distance from domestic gates. However, there were enough signs to guide. Airtrains were clean and timely. Got to Terminal 4. Only hustle was that the crowd in security checks were huge (considering JFK it’s normal).Final gate for international departure was amazing. The longue and seating area were clean. Only drawback was that the seating area near the gates didn’t have charging options. Only limited dedicated areas had options available. Otherwise a great airport.If you transiting to catch an international flight then 2 hours is a bare minimum. Need lot of time to get off domestic, take Airtrains, reach international terminal, get through security and finally reach designated gate.
The busiest airport of the busiest city in the US. However, since it was already late at night, the airport does look like a deserted one.Commuting from one end to another inside the same terminal (Terminal 8) just takes around 15 minutes. If you know your gate number, then it won't be that difficult for you to move around and arrive at the gate! Bon voyage, everyone!
I loved JFK airport. It's very big but all of the workers I came in contact with were very helpful along with the TSA agents. They also had very good restaurants and gift shops to visit. If I'm taking another flight back into New York I will chose JFK airport any day over LaGuardia airport. The workers also gave me a discount flight phone which I called and used and I was able to save big on future flights this is the number ８ ４ ４ ２ ８ ６ ５ ２ ９ ４

The team here are excellent. Smooth parking, the AirTran was clean, the terminals are clean and the people are helpful... what more would you want! We left from terminal 4 and dleta's priority check in is a little hidden. We used clear and it took all of about 1 min to clear security on a very busy morning.
Flagship Lounge American Airlines. Probably the most spacious and most zen lounge that I have encountered on all my travels. Perfect on my long layovers from Brazil to California via NYC.
I liked it. I had to get out of the terminal 2 to get to terminal 4. Was cold and rainy. Maybe better inter connectivity.
Overall not too bad an experience at terminal 4. Some check in desks (delta) were particularly busy due it being Saturday evening of holiday season. However the biggest watch out was the security queue. We got lucky as a family and were offered a shorter queue but the main line looked very long indeed. If you're a Clear member then you can obviously skip this queue!Restaurant options were better at this terminal compared to others at JFK. A few were shut but there is a guide (Google what's open food at T4) of where to eat and which gate they are close to. We ate at Pizza Vino near B29 and the quality was fine and the kids enjoyed it.Overall a much better experience versus t5 where we last flew from. Seems cleaner and more modern too.
Coming into New York I expected Snow this time of year...It was the most beautiful day out. Employees at JFK I didn't really have too much contact with other than American Airlines and they were awesome in getting me to where I needed to go! JFK was clean and there were no delays ? so it was a great day
