A la carte food menu. Drinks are excellent. Attentive services. Very nice environment. Gets crowded at rush hours.
Great Lounge, all you can eat (burgers, ribs…), all you can drink.Nice place to relax and take a shower before you flight.
Amazing setting and great food and drinks. The service when ordering on the app/using the QR code was quite slow, however, so I recommend ordering with a server.

It's the first time I'd been to the Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse in JFK4. Good fun! Nice a Ia carte menu. Full bar. Very friendly wait staff. Plenty of space to spread out. Strong easily accessible WiFi. -1 for the cleanliness of the bathrooms. There was also a salon of sorts - didn't have time to check it out. All in all very fun
Having used the Virgin lounge at Heathrow I had higher expectations. They were miles apart in quality. The staff were polite but lacked the warmth of the heathrow staff.The choice of food was frankly very limited, so much so that I picked at the 'afternoon tea' my son didn't like his and there was nothing my husband could eat!It was okay and more comfortable than the main airport seating but nothing spectacular or overly comfortable.It was free to use this lounge with the Virgin Upper Class flights but I would not have wanted to pay for it.
Every time we use the lounge when flying with Virgin Atlantic it’s like so warm and welcoming - although it marks the end of the holiday it just holds off they feeling a little longer - great drinks, food, staff and atmosphere- love it!
Great food available on request, entertainment zone and complimentary spa treatments. The staff were attentive and friendly. Would be nice to let passengers know the facilities available and how to book.
Awesome service and superb food & beverage offering. So relaxed before a shuttle back to London.
