Juice Juice Bar & Smoothies

Cashier clearly didn’t want to be there and was super cold. (April 11 7:02pm) Not enough staff for this kind of volume but food was ok

Was absolutely horrible, poor people skills and a clear understanding made by the young lady that she didn’t want to be there. When I arrived there were three people behind the counter and she proceeded to tell me that the cashier was in the bathroom so they couldn’t make beverages. Once she said that the other two employees hid in the back and we were all left here without beverages or even nice customer service. I will definitely not recommend this place and encourage my peers to not frequent.

There were 4 grown people doing nothing! People are trying to gran something and board a flight! Horrible service!

Closed out of the blue at 3 pm meanwhile it still shows as open on google maps. The only smoothie place here and it's closed. Nice

It’s like a really bad SNL sketch come to life, but it’s not funny (unless you’re a sadomasochist)

The vanilla sky bowls were good. Cashier was friendly and quick to take order. However the staff making the food or providing at window was more preoccupied on their smartphone then attending to their patrons. Had to ask for spoons, napkins, and the works. Luckily for us we where attentive but imagine boarding the plane only to know you don’t have a “spoon”

Went there last week i ordered the orange dream machine and it was amazing. The person that made my drink was so polite I’ll never forget her. Her name was Dyani and she made my juice with love and care. She told me have a great day which she didn’t have to. Despite the store being packed she made my juice in a timely fashion. One of the best workers I ever met.

The absolute worst! Mismanaged, incompetent staff. Obstructionist management. A complete disgrace for JFK airport. Had to wait 20 minutes from ordering ONE smoothie to receiving it. How can these guys be kicked out of JFK?

Went on july 15 and the staff took 50 minutes to prepare my smoothie bowl -- making us late for our plane which we almost missed. If they had taken a couple more seconds, we would've missed our flight. They prepared about 20 other orders before even starting mine. I only had one other customer in front of me (and no one behind me) when I ordered mine. And terrible quality, it was completely melted and missing a lot of ingredients.
