I use to really love this place, I came in almost everyday for either breakfast or dinner. I don't eat meat so I usually order the same thing every time. I understand mistakes happen, but it's been 4 times they accidently put meat in my order. The 3rd time I mentioned it, they replaced it with another item. However, there was a 4th time. Almost made it feel like it wasn't a mistake anymore. The workers are generally nice, but seem to be offended when I bring up their mistakes. Not sure how often I'll be going back anymore. They're a good establishment, just disappointed.

First time visitor and I was highly disappointed at the quality of the juices. The juice was heavily watered down. The drink was made with ice and tasted as though it was missing several ingredients. I ordered a green juice that should’ve had prominent flavor notes such as ginger, lemon, turmeric and pineapple, however I did not taste any of these flavors in my drink. The greens tasted bitter and was not thoroughly washed. The girl made the juice very quickly and because of the high countertops, I was unable to see her making the drink. I bought 2 juices both of which were poorly made. Save your money and make your own juice, thank me later.
I've been working in this area for years and have been coming here since they opened and have never had a problem until recently. The "manager" who works the cashier and takes the phone orders needs to brush up on her customer service skills. It seems like she either purposely gets my orders wrong or is just incompetent. When we let her know that shes missing something in our order or its incorrect she catches an attitude. Either way something needs to be done about her.
OUTRAGEOUS i have been coming to this grill for many years since it opened...never have i ever experienced such bad service, disrespect and madness from the employees but one specifically,the so called "manager" who takes orders over the phone and works at the cashier is a bxvtch who is extremely rude,dosent know how to take orders,listen, or handle things. She has consistently gotten my orders wrong even when i've repeated it to her MULTIPLE TIMES and then when it's brought to her attention she gets nasty and refuses to acknowledge that she's wrong.SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE!!!!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! All the employees need customer service training! The girl in the front is very rude & doesn’t know how to get a simple order right & when confronted about the order being wrong she gets very defensive & gets very nasty! She refused to change my order & did not give me a refund !What really upset me more was that she said “if we keep getting your order wrong I why do you keep coming” THE WHOLE POINT IS YOU GUYS SHOULD BE GETTING THE ORDER RIGHT ALWAYS THAT IS YOUR JOB !!
I buy lunch here literally everyday. It's affordable, taste really good, healthy, cant go wrong
Abdul was very pleasant and helpful. The Juice and Smoothie was very tasty.

Food took forever to get to me and I received a small juice instead the large I ordered. The avocado toast is tasteless.
