No coffee, no cashier, not open on time. Bad service.
Like many other yelpers have previously stated, this is probably one of the worst Dunkin Donuts there is out there, especially in an airport. They are one of the smaller dunkin donuts popup for a terminal in comparison to other stores, but that shouldn't matter to the menu selection for drinks and basic food.Not only is their food and drink selection limited, but their customer service staff are also extremely rude. If it wasn't for the fact that I just wanted a little pick me up and it's right by the gate my flight is located, I wouldn't even go in the first place. I ordered a Matcha blended, and unsure whether that meant actual blend with ice to make a icee consistent or not, I tried to get clarification, not only was I met with rudeness, I also felt like they didn't want to be met with a question. Well sorry, you are in the wrong department.When the drink came out, it was extremely sweet and watery, no icee consistency at all. It was pretty disappointing.
Terrible customer service ...... the employees there are awful with bad attitudes!!! Get a new job if you hate it so much .Remember customer is always right !!!!!!! Laziest people I have ever met
Don’t go here. Walk out to your gate and find something else. An hour in line is the norm.Not the employees fault but beware if you have a flight to catch (which we all do here).

Every single time I’ve been here it’s been a bad experience (and I’ve been here a lot). I think a complete staff replacement would be adequate.

It is 5:47am right now and still not open. Don't say you're open at 5am if you have zero intention of being open. This happens daily
Wow no business sense. If you have customers while on break, do not tell people to come back in 10 mins. Do not complain that people come when you’re on your break. You could have made a $10 sale.
