Perfect quick treat to grab before boarding a long transatlantic flight. French Vanilla Iced Coffee was perfect, didn't have a donut. The ordering and payment process is not the clearest, would also be good if the receipt you are given at Dunkin' matches the total that has to be paid the to concession cashier.
The line is long and they don’t make coffee in the same way (like you have to add your own stuff) and then you pay like one cashier at the edge of this food corral area.
If you do not want to work, you should stay home or get a different job. Very rude customer service.
Stay away !!!!! I bought a large coffee last night. It did taste a bit weird by tought it was probably a bit stale. By this morning I was throwing up 100% food poisoning. Thinking about it now I probably got bad milk in my coffee. I should have kept walking when I saw the messy countertops. Well I paid for my stupidity.
If there is no small size, talk with customer before charge 4 medium coffees
The Dunkin' Donuts located in jet blue air lines by gate 25 has the worst service I try to purchase a donut they had no bags so the guy behind the counter put the donut in a bag where he had his lunch full of ketchup and was wet. After I said I didn't want to the cashier she stated don't put the wet bag on my counter and threw the bag on the floor almost on me.she was nasty and rude And disrespectful. After being sent home for her actions she followed me telling someone on the phone what I was wearing it was 8am i told her I was telling airport security and she took off.
If this is the DD in terminal 5.. it was awful. They were extremely rude and rushed me when I was already being fast due to the fact that I needed to catch a flight. I get back to my gate to find that my toasted bagel with cream cheeses wasn't toasted at all. I'm exhausted & starving so this was really the last thing I wanted to deal with. I would take it back but I'm sure they'd be rude about it.
