Worst dunkin donuts staff very racist and inconsiderate the short manager is very rude and disrespectful she has no regards to her customers and is very disrespectful a disgusting attitude like that should not come from someone running a food establishment i bought two donuts and wanted two empty cups i was willing to pay for it as i did previously on Saturday I bought 4dounts and requested 4 hot cups which i paid for a received theres no excuse for this behavior and I requested for her supervisors name she declined which is against policy of any franchised establishment.
Always a very bad experience at the location. No customer service skill. They ignore you. When ask to make something especially the Baskin Robbin items. They don't do it. You order always incomplete or wrong. For the past 3 years they been very rude. I will have the rochdale village committee to look into this. You'll be the only customer in line and they have you wait for over 5 minutes. Finish whatever they are doing. I keep waiting to see if they will improve before I give a review. I have reach that point.

Anyone have their debit card jeopardized? Been here many times and my sister's card was jeopardized twice within 3 weeks time.

Been going here for a few years to get milkshakes and I get one today and the milkshake is just pure milk and no icecream. The milkshake shouldn't be able to splash in the cup like water.. I ask for a REFUND and they give me another and I get 1 slightly better barely put ice cream in it both times I don't know if they trying to save icecream or something but im not getting anymore again from there .
