First of all very poor customer service. No skills , The lady does not know how to speak properly or much talk to her customer.. she's basically telling us do not pay with your debit or credit card. Pay cash only. There is no sign Said cash only here!! then she told my brother I wouldn't be selling you food back if you pay with card. Basically trying to bypass the IRS... This is considered fraud in the United States of America...
Chicken fried rice is too sweet and somewhat small for the price.
Customer Service sucks.i found a long hair in the fried rice. The guy at the counter likes to curse and abuse Customers. Make sure you asked for price when you order over the phone. When you go to pick up they give you a higher price. I will never support carifesta restaurant ever again.
I really hate the inconsistency. Some days it’s fresh food some days it’s not ? Come on man .
Call to order food the lady that take the order was very rude. I cancel and will not buy anything from the again. I support this business since they were in the Bronx. No more.
Fried rice ? ? , but there standard started to drop resent, use to be my favorite place in Queens??♂️
Well I decided to give the food a try after reading the reviews, thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt. Their chicken tasted good but the rice is definitely needs improvement. I doubt I will come back here again. Plenty of other great places in queens to eat.
I don’t think the boss is Human he work one of my family 12 hours and not even a break stand and eat and he do to all the workers except the Chinese lady and nothing to drink not even a bottle water he work the workers like Slavery days the workers work extra hard to prepare the food there and I’m never going to be a Costomer anymore lot in it but I’m not done yet with it
A few years back this place had the potential to be something unique. They should be ashamed to be “halal” and sell people old food . We can tell when you guys reheat old food . It’s dumb to lose a customer over carrying a loss on yesterday’s food . I’ll never eat the food here ever again. I stick to Brown Betty I can order as soon as they open and I can receive freshly made food.Wish this Place was run by people with some common sense . Keep everything clean and fresh and you would’ve been pouring in on customers . Believe me the good used to be fantastic .
Price is unrealistically higher and they even charge .25 cents for a hot sauce which has nothing special in it. Response time is also very slow.
