NY burger was good , William was very accommodating. 5 Stars for me.
Airport price gouging at its finest. $24 for three 3-inch pieces of fish and a meager amount of fries. Plastic utensils and cups. Servers slow and disinterested. It took 20 minutes to get my check
To be honest, I don't understand how people have been able to give a very good restaurant such a bad score. If you want to eat like royalty, go to a five-star restaurant ?. Very good price and great food! very friendly waiters!
William at Terminal 7 JFK was simply amazing. Professional all around. If Im ever at JFK again I wish to be served by him again.

Hi, You charged me for someone else's bill on Thursday May 26th, around 7pm. When I pointed it out I was told the other bill was refunded and was then charged for my bill. The refund for the other bill hasn't come back into my account. So, what next?
I was waiting almost 1 hour for burger. Unpleasant and rude employee gave mi hard time threatening with police, when I quit and went to other restaurant. Overpriced food and beer for such low quality service.. I recommend to avoid this place.

I fly JFK often and use Alaska and this place is never open on time. They say 2pm and there are workers sitting around staring at customers. Not one time do they get up and ask how they may help you. They rather stare at you until you walk away. Where is the customer service? Lack of quality! Also it's well after the time they should be open and to no avail the line cooks are walking around helping themselves to soda from the bar. Making hot dishes from the back wearing baseball caps and no hair nets. The cook proceeded to cook his own meal sit along the food bar near the warming lamps. If you're going to serve customers put a new restaurant and better employeess in its place. Pathetic! 4/1/2022
So the positive the Staff tried very hard. Caveat in fairness it was Easter Sunday. The place is set up for failure. Beer of choice not available. Ordered a bottle instead. Received a different size can that is not on the selection and so unclear what was the correct price - caused much debate. Food. Tried to order Tacos. They were all gone. Settled on a burger. That was 50 minutes. We did not have that much time. So cancelled. More debate. Went to pay the bill. Debate about the items at different cost of the bill. Our Waitor has to refer back to his manager who was somewhere else in the terminal. Moving beyond Airport food and prices, the whole experience was rubbish. Felt sorry for the Staff. Set up for failure
