Our waiter was extremely rude and gave shocking customer service. We waited over an hour for food and he chucked it down on the table. No please, thank yous etc. One of the dishes looked like it has been laying there for hours and was cold/ inedible. The pizzas were also extremely dry. Also multiple people around us waited ages/ received incorrect orders. This restaurant and their staff are a shambles and I would most definitely not recommend!
Servers are disgustingly rude. They tell you the food takes 45mins to an hour and then you tell that’s fine and then they come and rush you to order.I said I don’t know yet and he gets an attitude and walks away.Very disgusting behavior. My visit was for 7/27/22 around 8:40pmI asked for a water first and he is completely ignoring me and I still don’t have water. Nasty nasty attitude. He went to help some guys over me. So maybe he just doesn’t like black women.
The food was all very good, the low rating was the slow service. There were only 2 waiters busy attending the bar and tables while the rest of the staff just visited at the menu stand. If I owned this business, first fire the stealth supervision and half of the staff that just stand around while families come and sit a while then leave because no one waits on them. We saw so many who sat at the bar and tables then leave due to no service. When customers arrive I hear them telling it’s a 45 min to one hour wait for food.
Shocking service. Took 40 minutes just for the appetiser to come out. Food was nice but pizza was burned and the smell of burn was extremely prominent. Other tables around us got served even though they came in after we sat down. Wouldn’t recommend unless you have a lot of time to spare
Awful service. The two servers were very rude and disrespectful. They don’t brought us the glass of water, neither the cutlery. One of the servers threw the plates on the table. The other one asked for cash only with an attitude, lying about the credit card system. Then said the tip wasn’t enough.
Worst experience. Don't go their! We went there with our kids. Initially we decided to sit inside but as it was very cold, we requested to sit outside. However they acted so rude as if we have asked something very disgusting. The waiter who was outside started to yell at us. Food was okay but we really felt disrespected by their staff. The manager should look into this and teach their staff how to act with kindness and passion. I would not recommend this resturant at all.
The woman bartender with short blonde hair is an angel. For her alone, i would come back and support this place. If you are a breastfeeding mom you will appreciate her as well as she saved me and my milk. The other two restaurants next to it starting fron 5ive Steak would not give me one ice cube and she helped me put some ice in my bag with my pumped milk. Love her!
I needed to eat. Fast food would’ve been better. For the price, which is $20 a plate you get stale recooked pizza. I called the manager and she thought it was about me wanting my money. The bench seats are filthy and the regular chairs are cracked. The waitress was a good steward.
my flight was delayed and we were given food vouchers to spend at the airport. i decided to get food here with my friends, and while the food itself was great, the establishment and staff were very much not. our waiter was a brown man in his 40s-50s with a slight receding hairline, unfortunately i didn’t get a name. however, despite the fact that he did not attend to our table or even go as far as to refill our water, i decided to leave him a 17% tip. upon seeing his tip, the waiter reacted with disgusting entitlement and attitude, saying that i should give him more money and saying stuff like “where’s the rest?” “this is how i make a living” “you should be giving me more money”. i understand how hard working waitstaff is, which is why i still gave a substantial tip even though he was completely inattentive. the arrogance and entitlement of this man ruined my experience at this restaurant.
Good place for a bite before you fly. Located in the center court before all gates. Service is not quick so allow 45 minutes for a sit down meal. Drinks and food are good quality and tasty. Recommend trying the Norwegian eggs and Espresso Martini. Service is courteous but can get busy quickly.
