Definitely should have read reviews before breakfast at this spot.Poor service, ordered steak and eggs.Waiter forgot to bring steak, asked 35 minutes after eggs and potatoes arrived.He argued with me that I only ordered eggs.(Believed he asked me how I wanted my steak told him medium well)Definitely would not pay 25 dollars for eggs ?And potatoes.? ✌️ ⬇️
DO NOT make this your dining choice, if you are within 1 hour of your flight. The service is painfully slow. The hostess seated 2 groups before me without even paying attention. When I called for her she waived me to follow her in a tired and dismissive manner at 9:30 in the morning. Seated, the same thing happened. I ordered right way, and waited almost an hour with less than a crowded room to receive food that was ok, but not worth the wait. Good news, I just learned my flight is delayed.
Airport food (at those prices) should be much better.Ordered a steak sandwich and it felt like it was cardboard. French fries were fresh and goodMy guess is that the steak (patty) was frozen and defrosted in a microwave and served.
Very poor customer service specifically a waiter named Ralf raofou. He’s very rude. I waited over 30 mins for my order to be taken and then my food arrived with pieces of hair on it. I would never eat there again. I do not recommend this place…
Absolutely the worst service. If you're going to overcharge, at least provide decent service. And it was just a continuation of the lazy jet blue baggage reps!
What a major disappointment this was. We were so looking forward to trying this place on our 2 hour layover. We had Mohammed as a waiter. This guy needs to be fired. He wrote our order down on a piece of napkin. After a 40 minute wait for the food are food was all wrong. I ordered a filet medium well butterfly. And my wife ordered a skirt steak sandwich. We also ordered a capreses salad. The salad never came. my steak was raw and they brought her a filet even though she ordered a skirt steak sandwich. We paid for our drinks and left didn't even want them to try to fix it. What a disappointment. Screw this place just eat at the food court for 10 percent of the price.
Ate there today before a flight.They charge huge prices, but the quality was atrocious.My steak cost $50, plus $13 for FRIES and another $13 for mushrooms.For those prices you expect some quality.Have a look at how much of the steak could not be cut or eaten.Dont go. I wont be back.
It was really just okay. We were hungry and just wanted a place to sit down. I got the BLT and a side of cooked vegetables - which was a good idea to add some healthiness before our journey. Service is not fast!
Stay clear. Poses as a high end restaurant. I ordered a medium rare $16 burger. Got a pitiful, dry, and way over burnt piece of leather. Asked for ketchup and mustard to try to wash it down. Unfortunately, they ran out of both!
The reviews are true, it's pretty bad. Servers are scattered and lost. Our server wouldn't talk and even ran by and threw our flatware at us lol. I laughed at how bad this place is. You should try other options. Come here ad last resort. The coffee was good though. Food was bland and not worth the price.
