The server was amazing (girl w/ blonde braids) in spite of being short-staffed. She was so friendly and kept her cool. Most impressive, she took all of our orders (7 of us) from memory and it was perfect! The food is decent but the place feels dirty and the bathrooms definitely are dirty! That's the main reason why I gave them a lower score. Dirty bathrooms make me wonder about the kitchen. When you don't have enough employees, sanitation seems to be the first thing to go.
My husband loves it here! The prices are reasonable and the food is good. Can't go around stopping here :-)
Excellent, authentic Mexican food. Nice atmosphere. Wonderful waitress, very friendly and attentive.Food was exceptional, I had the vegan spinach enchiladas. Came with a side of black beans and a side of white rice. My friend got shredded beef chimichangas, with Mexican Coca Cola. Would recommend to anyone.We had a little trouble finding, as it is inside the Shops at Ithaca Commons. Would recommend entering using mall entrance next to Michaels (craft store).Bathroom appeared clean, but didn't smell clean. Got a kick out of the Monet hanging over the bathroom sink in the women's room.
Fantastic Mexican restaurant. Walked in and we were seated immediately, waitress greeted us promptly and helped us pick out what to eat on the menu as it was our first time. Chips and salsa were really good, and we couldn’t finish our first basket before our food was brought out, it was very quick. I had the Burrito Santa Fe and my wife had the street tacos. Both far exceeded our expectations. Waitress was very attentive and asked how we were doing frequently and our drinks were never empty longer than 15 seconds. By far the most positive experience I’ve had at a restaurant in a long time. I will definitely be coming back.
Best Restaurant ever!!! The customer service is next level, and the food always comes out better than perfect! I couldn’t be more happy with this place! I highly recommend. Jonah especially was sooo nice and welcoming and helpful!
Keep in mind I'm a tough grader. This is a very good Mexican restaurant. We had a party of four all of us enjoyed our meals. I had an enchilada burrito that was very tasty! We also enjoyed our drinks, margaritas, cosmos, bourbon. Our server (I think her name is Kayla) was wonderful, friendly, and helpful.
This is the first time I dined at Zocalo.I ordered the shrimp enchiladas and a pineapple soda. My server was more than accommodating, very pleasant and efficient. The restaurant was very clean, as well as the restroom. The rice that came with my meal was not to flavorful, but everything else was delicious.Definitely worth a trip!
