Wanted some vanilla cupcakes today and saw only mixed packs of chocolate and vanilla. Asked the bakery if they could make two dozen all vanilla packs and was told no they only sell mixed packs. This makes zero sense as some can’t have chocolate or don’t like chocolate and want just the vanilla on vanilla cupcakes and I’m sure others want all chocolate. Ended up not buying any cup cakes as they told me I could order them but would take a day or more to get. I live two hours away and only get to seaman’s every couple months and never had trouble getting all vanilla cupcakes in the past. I walked out with no cupcakes that my family loves that I would get as a treat when I pasted by Wegmans.

A huge store with a lot of options!

Very pleasant staff, loved the produce selections,and the Pizza was amazing. it was the best pizza I have had out of a Wegmans. it was worth the 67min drive.

First time at any Wegmans. I'm impressed. Well stocked with many items. Great Fruit/Vegetables section, very good frozen section, many open check out registers. Good parking.

It is hard to believe that this Wegmans is rated as the #1 restaurant in Ithaca but they do have a great selection of sushi and other hot foods. We especially enjoyed their salad bar (truly excellent!) and cannoli station. Great choice to get something to eat!

First visit was early, around breakfast. Coffee was so bad I had to throw it out and go elsewhere for breakfast. Second visit was late lunch and the sushi was not great. Late bought some peaches for later consumption and they were among the best I have ever had.

It’s the best grocery store anywhere.

Never had any issues with this Wegmans until today. My wife and I used their instacart to order our groceries for the week. Picked them up a few minutes ago no problem. Then we get home and noticed the provolone we ordered, was covered in some orange grease. It's very noticable and all over the cheese itself and the outside of the bag (I'll try to post the pictures either in this post or attached to it if I can). I'm not a person that ever really complains, but when something like this passes two employees inspection (the person behind the deli and the employee that collected our groceries throughout the store), and they both found it acceptable to give to a customer in this condition, I'm a bit disappointed in wegmans "quality" today.

Yesterday a hired shopper in the self check out area refused to cover her face when asked by an associate. She ignored him and after three tries her only response, as she kept checking many bags of groceries (this was in the 20 items only area) was “I’m working.” He gave up, telling her to finish what she was doing and leave. Then, explained to me after leaving her, that she was shopping and would leave after finishing. Well, so was I and everyone else, and we adhere to the rules. She should have been made to stop what she was doing and told to leave. Why have one person tarnish your reputation? Do you want to be the next store to have to report a COVID exposure? Do you have a policy for how to deal with those who refuse to use a mask?

The food is fresh and the people make the shopping experience a breeze.
