Really loved this place and so did my family (including two kids). We actually went twice in two days. Also love, love, love that they have gluten free options!Workers were very friendly. Note: place was very busy. They have cute art on walls that you can buy and there is a cute play area in center of walk way near by Incase you have a wait
The food was good (I got waffle sticks). It’s an interesting concept to order at the counter and then wait for the food. The opening hours were a little confusing- listed 8 am, told 8:30 am, left and returned and there was a line of people waiting, which is why I gave it a 4 star review. Going to return tomorrow, to try again. We’ll see how it goes!
Phenomenal waffles, including the gluten free ones, particularly with the fried chicken on top. Their maple hot sauce is outstanding, and I'm always sure to get a bottle every time I go!
Very disappointed with this restaurant. The place was very dirty and unorganized. We sat upstairs which overlooks the kitchen and checkout counter. The staff were very short with customers on multiple occasions, very rude and unprofessional. All the the tables were visibly very dirty. Nothing available to wipe them down with and no staff available to wipe them either. Food is served on disposable containers, no wait staff so you pick it up yourself and clean it up yourself. Overpriced for what you get. The garbage cans were overflowing so much it was spilling on to the floor. Bathrooms had no toilet paper and no paper towels or hand dryer. We waited over 40 minutes for 2 waffles. This place is extremely unprofessionally run and it shows. Would not recommend eating here and will not be returning.
The chicken waffle is soooooo good ??? I love their maple hot sauce. The sweet waffles are also delicious

The food was delightfully fresh. The people were friendly. I suggest the chicken & waffles plate or thick bacon, spinach & egg plate. My daughter ❤ the vanilla ice with cornbread waffles with a lemon curd sauce.I was not satisfied with the restroom area. Had I used the restroom before placing my order, I would not have stayed
I bought 2 of the same breakfast sandwich. My fiancé and I were looking forward to the special maple dipping sauce. Drove all the way home to find out we only received 1 sauce. AND PAID $28 for 2 breakfast sandwiches. Waffle Frolic, get out the commons.
I really love this place, the food is delicious. BUT I am getting sick and tired of them not having correct hours. I have shown up here multiple times to eat because their website, door, and voicemail say they are open and then it is false. It's really incredibly frustrating. Not to mention, if you do get here once when it's open you better be prepared to wait an hour for food. I am starting to not want to come here because their hours are so bad and they are never accurate. Stop closing whenever you feel like it. It's very confusing for customers.
